We recently had some work done and Lucus from Service Master coordinated the project. It was finished to our complete satisfaction.
Quick responses, easily contacted, gave updates on progression of demolition & restoration (after flooded basement). Everyone including sub- contractors were pleasant to work with.
I had my father dieing at home and pass away in the middle of December, so my stress level was very high. To wake to water was a nightmare. The team came in and took over, and delt with everything. The guys were so sweet!! I'm blown away with the kindness, the patience they had for my questions and how well it all turned out. I'm more then happy . I've been telling EVERYONE that if they have a flood or damage, this is the place to call. A nightmare turned into an experience that was not stressful as I thought it was going to be. And my basement looks beautiful! Thank you guys for your hard work. Thank you Doug !

The first contact was Troy. He was very friendly, precise and answered all our questions. When the two other gentlemen came to do the work, they again were very friendly and explained everything they were going to do, how they were doing it and what it would accomplish. When the air scrubbers were put in they also explained them. When the work was completed they answered all questions and made sure we understood and were satisfied. Troy connected several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. He then checked the completion and picked up the air scrubbers 5 days later. Troy also helped us resolve an issue with the furnace cleaner.
Adam was extremely quick to arrive on site and assess the damage, and make a decision on what type of cleanup was needed (in this case, tearing out all basement flooring and portions of water-damaged drywall). The cleanup crew was quick to arrive, and worked very hard to clean up to mitigate further damage as efficiently as possible. The emergency clean-up was completed almost entirely that same day, aside from some less-urgent tile removal that occurred the following day. The crew was polite, explained the process clearly, and took care to protect other areas of the house while hauling damaged flooring up the stairs. Overall, I am very impressed.
Time, effort and patience of all support staff involved in the process.
