How fast clean up was
The project manager and labourers were easy to communicate with and discussed the process from start to finish thoroughly many times. They were patient and kind. Very helpful and reassuring with questions and concerns. Well educated on mould and worries about water damage, did a good job clearing the most difficult spaces in our home (storage room and laundry room/ kitchen) and boxed and moved everything efficiently and carefully.
The team was very hard working , committed and we greatly appreciate it.

The pack up and unpacking of my mother’s apartment items was done with care, patience, attention to detail, and in support of what she needed. The floor replacement was completed in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of their work. It was clear that they were experienced and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the beginning to the end The condo building traditionally challenges contractor when they come to do work in the building when I told them it was Service Master the felt relieved and said they are good and know what they are doing we won't have a problem with them!
Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by how tidy and neat the team was throughout the project. They left the work area impeccably clean each day. It's evident that they take pride in their work, not only by the final result but also in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Overall, I highly recommend Service Master for anyone looking for a positive and hassle-free experience. Their professionalism efficiency, and commitment exceeded my expectations. My tenant is now enjoying the beautiful, expertly installed floors thanks to this outstanding team.
My experience with service master restore was unbelievable. I gave them a 5 star but if I could I would have given them more. I had mold in my apartment and my landlord wouldn't do anything to help me. so I called Lisa for an estimate just to clean the mold off of my desk and my belongings. I was very happy to hear the price that Lisa quoted so we made arrangements right away to get it done within a couple of days of speaking. I was not able to reside in my apartment for 4 months and Wanted to be home for Christmas. While the cleaners were cleaning, Lisa and Christine showed up and asked their crew to do whatever It takes to get this lady into her home for Christmas. There are still good people out there and service mastery restore is one of them. I don't know how I would ever repay them for what they did for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you guys are amazing.
