The team kept us informed on the process and next steps from their first meeting. Their team swiftly came in and cleared the affected area and contents, arranged for other services to be on site and had our basement damp free in a couple days. They addressed our questions and were always reachable.
We used service master to remove water damaged carpet in our basement then replace with flooring. All was finished in one week. They do fantastic work and they are fast! The guys working at my home were very nice and informative with any questions or concerns I had throughout the process.
One guy in particular though deserves a big shoutout but leave it up to me to forget his name a month later! Weather was getting bad, he was alone and it was already well after 4pm. I went down to check on him and I had to tell him several times donât worry about the mess we will get it (he wanted to pick up leftover pieces, sweep and mop!) Iâm sure clean up may be part of their job as of day 1 they have mop and everything on hand. But we were starting to get a bad snow storm and the flooring was finished! After telling him several times I will get the mess, roads are getting bad please head out. He finally gathered his own belongings and hit the road. He was stubborn hahaha. Very nice guy!!!

I've had 1 claim for a broken window, and I am very satisfied with the workmanship and after care.
I have a claim currently ongoing for much damage due to an explosion that happened to my next door neighbour. My home did not sustain structural damage, only broken windows and cracks inside the house mainly on the ceiling and walls.
