The restaurant is too cold.
Our food was cooked perfectly and the take-out Lady was friendly and professional!
The staff is always very friendly. We love the wings and chips.
The staff was rude and unprofessional; seemed like they cared more about goofing off with each other than taking care of customers. I sat there 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and the food was cold. This is the first time ordering Togo and will never do it again. I have eaten in the establishment twice in the past and the staff behaved the same way then, so I will choose to take my business elsewhere.
More sauce on wings.
Kitchen staff needs to follow instructions better. Ask for extra saucy. Tenders came almost dry.

Our server was extremely good. She was great doing refills for drinks, and had a great personality. Our wings were as ordered and the bottomless chips were great; all of the chips were crisp and NO soggy ones. East Coast Wings is our “Go-To” place for wings!
We usually come once a week and Lacy the server at East Coast Wings in Lynchburg Va is the best.
