Food and service great!
Food was fantastic with the exception of not having any liquid sauce on the tenders. We ordered 4 servings of 5 piece tenders and normally they have a wet sauce on them. This time they did not and that is what makes this item so appealing.
Always great wings and great service!

Our last visit was great and nothing to improve.
Most of the time the food is great, it seems like it depends on who is working. The biggest complaint most of the time is the chips. There are clumps of them that seemed to stick together and don’t get done while others are almost burnt.
I like going to a place of business where I know who the employees are. Only one person up front had on company labeled clothing. Thats not good business. Other than that your establishment is ok....
Our waitress is one of the best that ECW has. She took our order (6 of us), w/o writing anything down which is a miracle in itself--4 of us order different wings, and 2 other order. She kept an
eye on us, and actually asked us if it was too cold to sit in the bar area -- as my husband has prostate/lung/brain cancer and she wanted to make sure he was ok sitting there. Love to come to ECW and will surely be back
Wings are the best in Memphis., TN. you also have great burgers and fries.
Employees are always pleasant and helpful.

Staff is friendly, food is always well prepared and delicious, service is fast! We've always enjoyed our meals here, it's the best!!!
Find a way to keep staff. Clemmons used to have the best, cheerful, consistent staff. Something must have changed, probably leadership. Now there are new people every time and service is now a lot slower. So the kitchen staff may have had turnover too. Again, usually a management issue. It’s sad bc it was the best ECW around .

Food is good and staff is very nice. Love that their are daily drink specials. Sometimes nobody is in the front of house to greet/ seat/ receive pickup orders and I have to wait a while.
It super easy to m order and pick up. Thr wings are great!!
I had to wait almost an hour for my to go order.
Then when I received it was not hot

Was sat at a table that hadn’t been wiped(drink marks and small crumbs)

I always get the Buffalo Chicken Dip, I have no clue what happened to the portion size as it has gone from a decent amount to half of what it used to be. I normally have enough to make 3 meals and I barely had enough for 2. I do not eat alot that’s why I order 3 ranch with it when I get it and I only ended up using one. And the price is still the same. So not only do I feel like I wasted money on the Buffalo Dip but I wasted money on extra Ranxh that I did not end up using. The size of the dip used to come in a bigger container like what you would get your hamburger or something in but this one came in the same size box as the chips did.. I did have tons of chips left that went to waste.
