Fast, friendly staff and fresh food
The inside of the restaurant and bathrooms could be cleaner. I have eaten at most of these restaurants in the Charlotte and surrounding area.The food and wait staff are always great.
Once we finally got waited on everything was great
I am part of a small group of professional (retired) women and we go to ECW every Thursday night. We love the staff and the food is always a PLUS 10. I can't say enough about the staff. They are friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! The nation is GREAT during the summer months and the inside is GREAT during the winter months. Go and try it out for yourself. You will totally understand.

Took forever to get our food. I'm sure they are short staffed. Food us very good. The amount of take out orders they had on our visit slowed down getting our food.
The bartender is great. She knows the regulars (if once a month counts as regular) and remembers my beer preferences. If they don't have it, she knows what to recommend.

This is the same survey you have been using for years. How many times should I answer the same way? Your food is always great and a great value. The service varies because of high labor turnover. How about changing the survey to get more specific feedback. Then provide some kind of reward for filling it out? Free drink? Free desert? Discounted products?
