The wings were great. The hot chips tasted fresh. It was really good. I was surprised by how much better it was than my last visit.
Order was as requested. I n the past, I would ask for extra seasoning on the chips and wouldn’t get it. This time I received the extra seasoning as requested.
Wings was hot and fresh. Flavor was awesome. Chips are very good with the ranch.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is really good. Tried the new appetizer corn but did not like it. Everything else was great.

Service
I tried to place an online order but the online ordering was down so I had to call the restaurant. They told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half before it was ready because the kitchen was backed up, which is understandable to look at the ticket to find out that my food really came out in 30 minutes. I had a five dollar coupon that I wanted to use, a girl took my phone number and took the coupon off but I still paid the original price of $35. So my coupn did not apply and I no longe t have the coupon to use at a later date since it did not take effect to my order this go round . I love East Coast. I’m a regular but the wait time of an hour and a half just to find out my food was ready in 30 minutes so it’s completely cold when I picked it up and my coupon not being honored and I still paid regular price

The food was good and the service was great!
I don't like to write negative reviews, but I feel like this is necessary. As I was looking at my take-out a waitress approached and asked me about checking out. I told her I ordered online and was just checking my order to see if it was right. She proceeded to ask me if it was my order and I said yes and showed her my name on the bag. She then asked my name. I told her my name and said again that it was mine showed her my name on the bag again. She proceeded to say it was someone elses order (can't remember the name she said). I then said it has my name on it and it's what I ordered and that it was an online order. I showed her the name on it again and she said "Oh I guess I don't know what I'm talking about and walked away." The guy that gave me my order came over and asked if everything was okay and I said no she was trying to say I had someone else's order. Of course by now I was really annoyed. He said you're okay, you're okay.
The issue I have is:
- She assumed I was going to leave without paying and I was standing at the register looking at my food., I was not walking away.
- Second that I was taking someone else's order, even after I showed her my name on the bag several times.
- 3rd no apology whatsoever
I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but it is hard not to make assumptions about what her motivation was, especially since she gave no explanation or apology.
We love East Coast and the Kernersville location is our favorite! Food is always good and service is on point whether you done in or carry out!
