I ordered tater tots with cheese.. I found that I did not like your choics. I, ersonally, would have preferredd a plainer, more regular cheese. And tthe cheese was not even warmby the time I received it.

Your runners should bring everything (extra sauce, celery, etc.) When they bring out your food.
I enjoy coming to the restaurant!!! The food is hot and fresh. The choices of the different flavors are just tasty. I can leave feeling that my money was well spent. Jesse is just awesome 😊

It was easy to do and delicious!
Well it was first time there and 2 of us ordered cheese burgers and the burgers were cooked really hard the fries were even hard,only 1 out of 5 of us was satisfied,and he had told us how good the food was so we said sure we'll try it, but as I said the burgers were dry hard and small, and there's nothing we like better than a fine cheese burger. It was a very nice place, enjoyed the atmosphere, we could have gotten a beer cheeseburger in Anderson, SORRY but it could have been better.
I would like to express my opinion with this feedback. I have been visiting East Coast Wings frequently since they opened in Florence. I have gotten a clear message that things are done the "way corporate wants them done". I must say, there are some things that I strongly think needs to be improved upon. They are as follows:
1. The amount of celery and/or carrots provided to the Customer is ridiculous. 3 to 4 pieces combined is a joke! The amount should be tripled and if the Customer wants more, it should be provided without question. For something so minor in cost, you should not treat it like gold! On top of this, on "Wing Day ($0.75 wings)", East Coast charged $0.75 for the THREE pieces of celery/carrots. I couldn't believe it. This issue needs serious consideration! Going forward, I am considering bringing my own celery and blue cheese when I dine in.
2. I have asked the owner if they could provide Malt Vinegar for the home-made potato chips, but they informed me that "Corporate" wouldn't allow. I now have to bring my own.
3. The rewards are restricted as I was informed recently by the waitress; however, there is no indication of restrictions concerning the rewards in my account (unless these restrictions are somewhere which I haven't yet found). I visited the restaurant strictly to use my rewards only to find out they would not accept them for certain choices on certain days. If you are going to have rewards, make sure the Customer knows how to use them and is aware of any restrictions upon issuance. The rewards section of the website could use considerable improvement on this topic. Each reward should be accompanied by an expiration date and terms of use!

The wings were greasy this time and the mild sauce is very inconsistent. One time it is thick and good and then the next it will be runny and tasteless.
