Good service and consistently delicious food.
Ordered crispy chips, but got french fries. Had to get them to replace the fries with chips, but the chips were not crispy.

When I picked up my order the chips were not in the bag. I called back three times and no one answered the phone. I would like a gift card for the missing side and the inconvenience.

Consistency. You never know how your same wings will come out week to week.... No sauce , ample sauce , no sauce , light sauce , dry rub instead of sauce . Smallish wings , side salad half full

Even though they were obviously understaffed, the food and service were really good.
Had a great meal and super service. We recently moved to Wilmington NC from Charlotte we were regulars at the Monroe location. We have truly missed the wings and chips so thank you. You could really do well in Wilmington as there are no restaurants like yours here

Portion sizes are perfect.
This restaurant consistently provides friendly service and great food! Chicken wings and tenders cooked perfectly. The sweet harvest apple flavor has a delicious spicy kick to it. Salad cold and crispy, the best in town.
Olivia was our server. She was very friendly and took great care of us. Food and drinks were excellent as always!
Had an issue a few years ago that was resolved quickly and more than fairly. Other than that, it has always been top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I ordered mild tenders and they were so hot I couldn't eat them. When I picked up my food the two people at the front barely acknowledged me. Ive eaten there many times and this was the first disappointment

Food was hot but the burgers where a little dry if not for that would have given a higher score
Ordered cheeseburger with cheese and onions only. Got it with everything it comes with (tomato, lettuce, pickles and mayo). And added celery and carrots as my side. Never received either. Got the ranch dressing with nothing to dip.
