How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The chicken wrap was cold and the chips were stale like they had been sitting for a while
Service wasn’t great either had to wait a long time and employees saw me standing there and would turn away as if I wasn’t there at all

What could we do to improve?

Everytime I order take out, the order is always wrong. Missing something, wrong item, something. It's like the attention to detail isn't there. Recently ordered Dill burger- had no pickles on it... ordered a bacon cheeseburger and no bacon... kids cheeseburger- no cheese, simple mistakes I understand but those are important. My daughter didn't eat the burger cause all she saw was overcooked hamburger.

What could we do to improve?

Hard to locate an associate sometimes with nobody at the front counter for long period of time to take orders and bring out completed orders. Therefore wait times can be long and frustrating. Other than that- I am usually pleased with my food and the quality.
