Jordan has been very unfriendly and rude when I've been there in the past. I will not come in while she's working, period.
It unfortunately stems from a complete misunderstanding that occurred over a year ago regarding a friend of mine. She was not the bartender at the time, but tried to remind her via phone call that said friend should not have over 3 to 4 drinks without eating.
Jordan assumed that I threatened her. That is a lie, and I truly detest that sort of accusation, as I am not a violent, out of control, or mean individual. We have our favorite staff there and love coming down to chat with our friends.
Concluding, Jordan totally overreacted unnecessarily. Told by her that I was to be handed over to the manager (Kelly that night), I was promptly hung up on. Not good.
As always, the food is great and the servers are so wonderful! I love the Bourbon Street sauce, it's got the perfect sweet flavor.

Dining room tables are really sticky. I believe the finish has been damaged by cleaning chemicals.

We ordered takeout and were pleased. The food at this location is hit or miss. We’ve had good and we’ve had some that went in the trash. Dine in is also iffy. The last time we dined in, we had a party of 9 and our server was fantastic. But there’s also one there that takes your order and disappears…. We try to avoid her. So, it’s a toss up.
The food hit the spot. I always order the Lettuce Wraps, which I love, but I stole a few French fries from my son's Tenders order. Maybe you could offer a small amount of Tortilla Chips with the Lettuce Wraps. I know, that defeats the carb avoidance. Anyway, the wait staff was very nice, prompt and efficient, even though the restaurant was surprisingly busy. They told me Fridays are always busy. Good for you!
Everything was great…the wings, pretzel bites, tea and the service.
Our server was great! She was very friendly and attentive. Our food also came quickly and was very good.

Our service was exceptional. We never had an empty drink cup even though she had to fill it at least 5 or 6 times. Food was hot and delicious. I haven’t been to East Coast in awhile but will definitely be back.

My order was accurate and my food was great the waitress was attentive to our needs. We received a very good portion of food at a great price and we use there rewards program and earn points for a future purchase. We were greeted by waitress's we have had in the past which makes you feel welcome.
Order was ready when promised. Accurate and good. Only thing I would change was the fries were a little soggy. But the meal was still good
Very good but my chicken was naked and didn’t not have any hot sauce on it. Everything else was good
Call in order, still has to wait 15/ 20 more mins...only had 3 tables & 2 other people waiting,plus one couple had issues that mgr had to adjust bill..seems like issues each time I go to this location..try to support but feel like going to another location again before this one ..and this was 6:30/6'45....not a busy location like New Garden or High Point

I really don’t think there’s anything you can do. It seems to be more of a corporate problem.
It’s mostly that the menu is getting very boring. It’s always the same thing. Just a different version. Need something new and exciting. Bringing back. The chili in the winter would be nice and the chicken soup was very good.
