The food is good
Food is always great and the waitstaff & management are friendly and on point.
The amount of sauce on the wings is inconsistent. If you order them saucy you may not receive them that way. I can say the flavor is consistent though.
During lunch hour service or food getting to customers is way to long
Food was very good. French fries are always my favorite. Waiter provided terrific service!
This was my first visit and I was well pleased with the friendliness of the staff/waitress and the food (wings and chips) was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. I can see they (the Florence SC location) definitely need a larger place of their own.
Service by our server was horrible. Another server ended up taking care of our needs most of the time. However our drinks were empty for about 13 minutes. We had only 19 wings in our 20 wing order. No one checked on us after our meal came. We had to ask for our ranch and carrots and celery. This should have been an automatic. Just really poor service, missing items, and poor communication.
I love the wings lemon pepper are my favorite...So I would highly recommend 😊😋👍🏽
Quality of food is always great and Darius always provides excellent service.
Skillet Queso dip was very small in portion that I ordered a second one and it was a long wait. But food was good.
The service was excellent! The food came quickly which was a surprise! Food usually takes a while to get to the table. Love the burgers and skillet cookie!!
Wrap was really small and not much chicken
Our waitress Brooke was so nice and polite, we always request her if available. The food is awesome, I really love your salads there.
I enjoyed my meal it was fantastic and cooked to perfection and was just the way I wanted it . The service was great and hardly any wait time my waiter was fantastic and very polite. This was my first time eating here and I will definitely be back again soon. Thanks and I'll see you soon. And also was a fear price .

Our waitress was efficient, friendly and attentive. The side salad was great, as were the chicken sandwich and wrap
I always order online to have my wings extra crispy, mild, with lemon pepper. Once though, the wings weren't as crispy as I would have liked; however, they were good. My mother, who always complains that the chicken isn't done enough, doesn't even complain about East Coast Wings, except that one time. I think your wings and salads are delicious, and are within my budget (at least once per month). Thank you!
Experience was good this visit, however, not being consistent with freshness of wings. You can tell when wings are not fresh and been sitting under heater etc. Not what I expect when I visit.
