My order was wrong, I ordered boneless wings and got bone in. It came with fries and they were so soggy (mind you I live 3 minutes away) the ranch was missing and the medium sauce was leaking all through the bag. Absolutely terrible experience and was not worth my hard earned money

Not sure why, but food in the restaurant is better than when we order take out. We ordered takeout this time… takeout, wings were not as crisp as they were in restaurant. Flavors barely on the wings. Nothing was spicy even though we ordered heat level “hot”. They forgot the celery.

Cheeseburger bun falls apart before finishing burger. Really aggravating because the meat is delicious.
Also last two times visited, wings tasted old and dried out. Not fresh coked

Our server was really kind. Let us sample the beers before trying. Helped us understand how to order certain things and gave recommendations. It seems like we haven’t ever had bad service here. Prices aren’t terrible, especially compared to other wing chains. It is consistent and we appreciate having one close by.

Don’t be so tight with the sauces the wings lately barely have any sauce on them when I get take out

The last few times my family has ate there, the service has been very slow.
We always get Polynesian Medium wings. Last visit, we both had them, and they tested strange. Our waitress said “it must be a new recipe”. We both got sick from the wings. We will not return.

Have more choices of draft beer.
