My waitress was fine. She was in a VERY BIG hurry! She didn't introduce herself. I felt like she literally "THREW" my food at me. I actually felt bad for her. It seemed as if she was covered over.
I love your boneless wings but when they come out cold, I hate them. The chips came out cold too. The other night my sweet waitress was covered up so I did not bother her.
Several times we have come there and I have had to send back food because it was cold or lukewarm! I am not the only one.
We went to California this summer for ten days and I never got any cold food from any restaurant we visited. Is it only in NC the food is served cold? You are not the only place. We eat out everyday!

This visit was consistent with all our other visits- the food is fresh and tastes amazing, the wait staff is so friendly and helpful. Quality food with great flavor options served quickly and at a good price. By far our favorite wing restaurant because every aspect of our experiences is always better than any other place we’ve had wings in Charlotte

The Staff is awesome group. They seem to really enjoy what they do. Friendly greeting when you get there, and excellent service doing the entire stay.
We have been loyal to East Coast but slowly the food has went downhill. We ordered wings, again because we love all the options you offer. I knew you all skimped on the sauce since our last visit so I requested extra and one on the side. Was met with "dry rub" wings and half a container of sauce. I'd encourage you all to come up with a consistent sauce ratio. We probably won't give it another try for several months. Subpar wings since you've revamped.
