I really wanted to go to ECW because we had not been in quite some time, due to the lack of service and the way things were handled the past times we were there, but we decided to give it one more try. All in all, a bad decision. It took a while for the server to come to our table. When they came over it looked as though the person was in another world of sorts so I asked if everything was ok? Really didn’t get an answer. We ordered our drinks and food. When we got our drinks the server put them on the table, left and did not return for a while. When they came back out on the floor I had to ask for straws. The appetizer came to the table and that was it. I had to ask for some plates and silverware. The person I asked went to the server instead of taking the time, and no the place was not busy, to get them or give them to me. We ordered Nachos, along with them come sour cream and salsa. We had to ask for that as well. Then the wings we ordered came to the table. The Garlic Parmigian were warm, but the Spiked Burbon were cold and had so much sauce on them that if you sniffed it you would get a contact high, not to mention they were like ice. Could not find the server but when they came back to the floor I waved them down and told them, in a very nice way, the wings were cold! They looked at me like I was an alien. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks or is there anything else you need etc, etc, the usual things that a good server would ask a customer. The whole time we were the there it was like we had the plaque. At this point I was disappointed with the decision I made to give ECW another try. When the bill was brought to the table I was never asked, “do you have any points that you would like to put forth on your bill”?… I had to ask can you please look and see if we have any points we can use. At that point I made a decision to use any point’s because of the service and food that we have received from this ECW and the King ECW. The last times that we have been to this ECW have been a total waste of money, in my eyes, and the attitude of the servers have been one that if I owned a place like that and the server had an attitude they would not work there anymore. Two times prior to this visit we ordered nachos, some one else besides the server brought them to a table beside us and the folks looked baffled. So they started eating on them and the server came out and told them wrong table, went right back towards the kitchen and came right out and placed them on our table. It was clear that there had been some taken of the plate and when I questioned the server and told them to make another batch, here is where the attitude came in. There mistake and I’m paying for it!? Really, seriously, that is a health hazard. You know, if I had been a nasty customer and very demanding I can see having an attitude but I was not a nasty person unless pushed into the corner. I treat everyone with respect because you get what you put out, but when I’m confronted with attitude and poor service, well, the best tasting food can leave a bad taste in your mouth! I discussed this with the night manager/supervisor, and she said that she would have someone reach out to me, but so far I haven’t heard a thing, from anyone, but granted it’s only been a couple of days. If this is how you want to run your establishment, that’s your business an prerogative and I wish you the absolute best! If I’m asked about ECW, well lets just say, it will not be a good review.
We got three order of 5pc tenders and 1 (xhot) had sauce in the tray and the 2 (hot) did not have sauce in the tray. I think different people make the trays and would just like to always have the sauce on the tenders. This happens quite a bit. One flavor/heat index will have sauce and the other will not. It is seasoned but there is like no liquid in some of them to make sure the tender has it on it.
The food is always amazing and we love the Mt. Airy store, we just wish all the trays had the sauce on them to be able to have it on when eating. Next time I will take a picture to share.

My order was ready by the time stated and my sandwich/chips order was right. The other half of my order was for a Kid's Burger. There used to be options for the Kid's Burger that are no longer there. The options to add cheese and bacon are gone, my kid loves those 2 things on her burgers, she won't eat them without them. I called the store to make sure they added them to the order and they said they had not seen the order yet but will try to get them added. I checked when I picked up and no bacon or cheese. They did get me some bacon very quickly but no cheese. I added cheese when I got home. It just seems to me that when offering online ordering for simple things like cheese and bacon, it would be easier to order them when placing the order than calling the store after some amount of time (what is the correct wait time?) and taking up the time of an employee who can be helping out in some other way. Until you took the cheese and bacon options away, my orders were placed and picked up in 15 minutes and always were correct.

definitely better than visits in the past. I used to have one wing short in my order, cold food, incorrect items, and more. I took a break for a while, and had the taste again.
It still isn't a 10 for me, but it isnt the 2-6 I have had to score in the past.
I will be back again; sooner than last time.

The order was incorrect. We did not receive several additional ranch dressings and an order of chips that I paid for. I realize that we placed an large order on a Sunday evening, but the order was placed at least 2 hours before the selected pick up time and I ended up waiting at the restaurant for almost 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time before the order was ready. If you are going to offer online ordering, it needs to be correct and delivered relatively timely. This is also not the first time we’ve had an incorrect order or had to wait a substantial amount of time past expected time. I don’t know what would make things right other than better, more timely, and more accurate delivery of orders.

Wings were ready on time and hot. The wings were cooked to order, crispy. Guest all enjoyed the different flavors (garlic parm., medium and teri-ginger-garlic). There weren't overloaded with sauce.
Good Food
My burger was overdone almost burnt. Have you changed burgers. Others I have had had were much better. This one was dry with no flavor. Seemed shrunken too from over cooking.. Really was not pleased with this order.
Your have the best wings and your server was very nice.
I enjoyed the food, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. They aloud us to enjoy our time together while we enjoyed our meal

My food is always cooked correctly at this location, and the service is always good. Some waitresses are nicer than others, but no one is rude.
Eat at your restaurants all the time and we eat at that location a lot. This Saturday we ordered 25 traditional wings. we got 22 drums and three flats and they were cold. Finally got our chips. Not happy with this one.
The food, service and staff are amazing. Highly recommend East Coast Wings!
I ordered a lemon drop drink , the man behind bar on saturday afternoon poured a shot i was still forced to pay .

The service has been very bad my last few visits. This visit we waited an hour to get our food. I would understand if it was super busy but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I never leave reviews but this has been an ongoing problem for several visits now.
