Food was great. my chips cooked just right. Service was good and food served fast. We really like this restaurant. Never had bad food.

Food is always fresh and hot. Lots of variety.

The food is good, but every time we pick up a to-go order it's not correct. Several times the flavors that are in the boxes do not match what they are labelled as. For example, last night I ordered virgin teriyaki garlic, but ended up with some spicy barbecue variety. We are also always missing our carrots/celery and sauces, which is frustrating. Especially when you pay extra for the sauces.

We haven't ordered from this location in a few months because our frustration with the mix ups on our orders isn't worth what we're paying. Occasionally is one thing, but this is every time.

I would also recommend looking at your timing for extra crispy wings. Several times we've arrived before our takeout order was ready, immediately driven them home (about 7 minutes from this location), and the wings are still chewy and unappetizing. I've noticed that this happens more frequently during busy times than it does on slower nights. Its just been a disappointing experience to have when we were so, so excited for this location to open.

My order was completely wrong and items missing. When I called they said "We put everything in sack".

1. We were told upon being seated that the restaurant was out of bone in wings. The only reason we came to ECW. The truck had not arrived.

2. We stayed and ordered anyway.

3. Afterward when leaving we passed by other patrons sitting 2 tables away that ordered and received their food later than we did. It was a large party and multiple people weee eating bone in wings.

4. There may be reasons unknown to me but I felt like I had been lied to.

Maybe once you tell patrons something you don’t give it to others as well.

I’ve been eating at ECW for at least 15 years as my go to wing place. No so sure anymore.

The food is always fresh, nice and hot, and, of course, delicious. We have never been disappointed on any meal that we’ve had with EAST COAST. I am sorry that they no longer have the shrimp EAST COAST salad but I still enjoy the wings. I recommend it to anyone.

I ordered to go yesterday 25 wings and chips the wings were kinda rubbery like they needed cooked a little more I ask for ranch and got one little half of a cup

There was not enough lemon pepper dry rub on my wings. I put my own seasonings once I got home.
