Most disappointing and disgusting choice for food we have made!! Wings and fries were absolutely disgusting, dried up, appeared to be reheated multiple times and leftover for hours. And we paid 40.00!!! For 15 wings and some fries!!! We want a refund for real
On the date of october 21, I made a transaction of $28.00 worth does not reflect my rewards account . even its not showing . can you look this issue. on the same the i got email from east cost wings regarding about double points for that day .
During the same day, i called to your restaurant phone number and did explained that i was not get rewards points. one of person said we will add that into account. Till now it dosent reflect any change.

The lady (Becky) who usually waits on me is always so courteous. My order is always correct. The food is always good. Thanks for being one of my favorite places to eat. I received gift cards for East Coast Wings from my relatives for my birthday which was recently.

Food was absolutely excellent for my to-go order. The young man at the front counter was quick to get my food and get me rung up. He needed some assistance getting my account added for my points, but he went and asked the manager and she quickly taught him how to do it. Love seeing the young kids hard at work and attentive while doing so. So glad we’ve got an ECWG in Mooresville now. We will be regulars!

Chicken wings where over cooked. Sent them back and those were over cook also. They tasted like they had been cook once and cook again to heat them up . They were small also. They wait staff said that it had been a problem all day. And evey time they took them back the cooks gave them lip about it.
