The first time that I ordered online from your location in Mooresville, it was perfect. I ordered my wings extra crispy, and they had just the right sauce. However, for the last two or three times that I have ordered, the wings are far from the extra crispy that I always ask for, and they are stingy with the sauce. I don't leave a tip because I'm the one making the order online, and I'm the one coming to pick it up. If I ate in the restaurant, and I was served by wait staff, I would leave a tip. I don't know if that has anything to do with my order not being cooked the way that I asked for. I won't say that I won't eat at East Coast Wings anymore, but I'm really looking at another restaurant similar to East Coast Wings, who could perhaps get my order right. Service was exceptional and the server Tammy was very friendly and helpful. Prices are bit too high for what you get and I think that hurts the restaurant.
The food was not as fresh as other East Coast Wings that I have been to. Also, the server only came and checked on us one time during the entire meal and that was to ask were we ready for check.
Wing size is embarrassing!!! Side salad bowl is half full at best . To continue to raise prices and shrink portions is hurting business .

The waitress was prompt to come to our table after we sat down. She was polite and efficient. Our food was prepared correctly and she checked on us an appropriate amount of times. Food was delicious.

On more than one occasion, I have visited East Coast near me and they were out of all white wines , pinot grigio and chardonnay. Ordering an extra case of each would benefit everyone and also would not disappoint customers. As I was exiting during one of these times I heard another customer complaining also that there was no white wine.

I come to this ecw location regularly. But it's like a game coming to this location. Never know what you're going to get. Same wing order sometimes saucy sometimes dry. Sometimes small wings sometimes large. Sometimes salad bowl half full sometimes less than half. Ranch is always good except for the time you were out and substituted store bought ranch and didn't tell me until after I asked. The sweet tea is usually good and the servers are usually good. I don't mean to complain really but it would be nice it things were good and consistent.
We ordered a 20 piece wing with 4 different heat levels and flavors. Not one box was labeled with flavor or heat level. Each box also had 4 wings instead of 5.
