Everything! I love it there!
Service was awesome
The burger was a lil overcooked and too salty
The food was made as requested and the fries were hot. Both the bone-in chicken, fries, and sweet tea tasted great.

Everytime we are there we have to ask constantly for refills etc. one time my husband just went and got it himself. We ordered door dash last week and it was cancelled by ECW an hour after the order was placed and right when we were expecting the driver to pick it up. An hour???? I love the wings but it’s becoming not worth the hassle. It just always seems a disorganized hot mess up there.
The food and service is excellent.
We were there pretty close to 5 minutes before anyone came to seat us.. the young lady that sat us was waiting on tables too., she apologized for the wait and wound up being our waitress.. she was very prompt and attentive while waiting on us.. she was very sweet, friendly and made sure to check on us frequently.
In my last pickup order I didn't get the celery in carrots and ranch dressing that should have come with it
The host threw the menu on the table and walked away mumbling something that we couldn't understand. We saw them do this to several other tables during our visit. Out waitress checked on us about 2 minutes after we got our food and she didn't come back until it was time for the bill. The overall vibe of the staff was just so blase. We have been coming to ECW for many many many years and I will be honest we haven't been much lately because of how poor the service is.
Our waitress was great, didn’t wait long at all for a table. Our food order was correct and tasted great.

Mondays and Thursdays are .85 cent wings right now. Their wings are big, cooked perfectly, with plenty of sauce, just the way we like. We ordered 75 wings (with like 10+Flavors), and then the chicken tenders entree with Buffalo Mac with the buffalo on the side. Our order was accurate, hot and delicious.
Our favorite wing flavors are grand cayman with insanity and Cajun garlic Xtra hot. (All the flavors (there's 50+) can be made with heat and they have an intensity scale with what pepper sauce it's made with. We really liked this because it made the dry rubs saucy)
We had flavored teas and lemonades for drinks. Our waitress what Christina P, I think she did great, she was friendly and attentive. We even got to meet the General Manager Jordan and he's the perfect fit for the job. Really nice guy.
Only tip for the future is on large orders with multiple wing flavors is labeling them. We were ECW rookies and couldn't remember all the flavors.
They also have a rewards program
We will definitely be back, they really do have the best wings!

Steffani was GREAT and the food was excellent. It was noisy in the restaurant, making it hard to have a conversation.
We always get prompt friendly service. Nachos were good & drinks cold and plentiful.
Atmosphere enjoyable. Quickly seated. Service was good. Food came out faster than expected and tasted great.
I enjoyed the flavor and heat from the food that I ordered. Although I wish that wings were not overly cooked. A bit tough to chew on few portions of the wings. Aside from that, everything else was really good! The heat from the insanity was really hot! I liked the insanity flavored wings even though it was a complete challenge for me to finish through.
This is our 2nd visit to the Clemmons location. The staff is wonderful. Food was great as always. ECW has the very best wings around. The manager even came out to meet us and thank us for choosing to come there.
