The food!
They gave me the wrong food. When I got It and checked it it wasn't mine. After touching and opening. The plate they still leave it to someone else. They have give me the wrong plate before so I wanted to check before I leave the restaurant. They need to verify people before letting a customer touch other people's food. Thats disgusting.
Great wings and great service! All the staff are always very helpful and the food is always great!

Very friendly atmosphere. Great lunch specials. We eat at East Coast 2-3 times a week. My husband's favorite place to eat!
It was exciting to see new menu options, such as appetizers added to the menu… it was also nice of the company to add a $7 reward to the rewards program to remind customers of such a lovely establishment that maybe we haven’t been to in a while.
Out of my last six visits my order was incorrect three times. Definitely could work on making sure orders come out correct. Food is great, service is good. My last three visits went fine.

I understand that everyone is busy but the Tots were good but it was messy, little bit of this, little bit of that, I have gotten this countless times and always enjoyed them but there wasn’t a lot of toppings on them, it was mainly tots.
Ease of ordering via app. Fast pickup. Good food quality.

I used my birthday gift from you guys and ordered the Chicken mac and cheese. I was really hoping that it had gotten better since the last time I ordered it, but I was disappointed. There was no flavor to the mac & cheese and melting the cheese on top of it just dried it out, so bad. I will never order it again and I think it should come off the menu. I remember when it first came out, it was delicious and creamy.
Also, Abigail waited on us and was not very attentive. Twice we had to flag her down as well as watched her give other tables better service.

Actually it was the worst wings we’ve ever gotten from you. They were way over-cooked and made them almost impossible to chew. I was going to call the manager but I didn’t because it was the first time we’ve had an issue. We usually order every Monday. I thought you may have had a new cook or something so I didn’t complain.
