I ordered hot wings and got plain. I also ordered them crispy and some of them were burnt.
Actually put sauce on your boneless wings
Accuracy on doness of items. Sometimes my daughter's burger is burnt and the last cookie we got was redone because it was black. We eat here a lot and haven't had as much consistency in cooking lately.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to switch one of the TVs near our table to a specific game that was playing. The food was good, and all customized items were made correctly. The restrooms were clean as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I truly believe ECW+G is an underrated restaurant and deserves more praise.
Ordered takeout. Did not receive any utensils. Ordered two salads and did not receive any dressing for the salads. Also paid for cheese and received an extremely small portion on each salad. Lettuce in salads was very brown. Just a disappointing experience.
Excellent Customer Service and Food! I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations (dine in or take out). You can say that about many food establishments these days.
I liked Ben’s clear communication and the staff’s eagerness to invite us to participate. We had just come for dinner, so that was a nice surprise! We’ve already told others and plan to be back! And our $20 second place prize was awesome! Thank you!
