The guy at the pickup counter always smiles and is friendly and polite. We ordered the hot, mango habanero wings and we received a nice amount of celery and 2 cups of blue cheese. I’ve become addicted to the 5 medium hot, chicken fingers with hot chips and 2 cups of ranch. The fingers are huge and I usually have 2 leftover for the next meal, but I never have leftover ranch. That stuff is drinkable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I couldn’t eat my cheeseburger quesadilla as it was drenched in grease. The fries tasted like they had been reheated. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in wings, the BBQ sauce was plain and the chicken was rubbery. Will not be going back.
