Friendly service
My husband ordered a take out with burger and home made chips. The chips seemed to be what was left on the bottom of the basket or something. They were just small pieces of potatoes that broke off from a big pieces. Totally disappointed.
I placed an online order and within 20 minutes as soon as I walked into the restaurant my order was ready. I was very pleased that my order was ready on time and correct. Ease to place an order online!
Nice hostess and server. Unfortunately Darius was not working that evening. We really love him. Good food as always. Good portions of food.

Good food but restaurant should be cleaner. Floor is dirty and sticky grime on salt and pepper shakers. Very crowded at the door waiting to be seated should have larger area for guest waiting to be seated.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food & service
The service and food were great. The restaurant however is grimy. The bathrooms are disgusting and the tabletops so sticky that our papers and napkins stuck to them. This place really needs an overhaul
I requested my wings hot with Teri Ginger. All they had was hot, not one drop of Teri Ginger on any of the wings. At least they were crispy, as requested, THIS time. My husband picked up the order and chose not to go back. Luckily, he did realize the extra dipping sauce (paid for) was missing before he left the restaurant.
There's nothing you can do at this point. I think I'll just not order/eat ECW for a while since this is the 2nd time out of my last 4 orders where something hasn't been right.

The waitress was alone, but she did a.Terrific job waiting on us.However, the hostess came after a bit to help, but it was wonderful.The food was wonderful as well
