The staff and food
My sauce was spilled all over my bag and non on my wings. They were fried too hard.
Fast service, friendly front desk, great food.
Everytime we come to this ECW, our experience is great. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Best ECW store in the area. We live in High Point, but the extra drive is so worth it. Keep being great.
My chicken was not seasoned correctly. I am a regular ordering the wings and know the flavor and the taste. Yesterday was bad. I ate the chips.
Everything was good
I enjoyed the wings. The chips were not good. They were soggy and in pieces. I could have called but, the staff knows what they serving.

The server was exceptional. However, our appetizer arrived at the same time as our wings. I would love to have the appetizer first, then the wings, especially since they can easily be taken home to enjoy later.

Every time I go there you guys are always fast , great food quality and amazing customer service. The woman who was at the pick up was really kind and ready to help. She was even showing me my order to make sure everything was there.
The young ladies greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. One of them immediately took my order I received my food in less than 10 mins. Everything was great from the time I walked in the for till after I ate my god

Food was great flavor wise, just had a few (three to be exact) bugs in my salad. While I do enjoy extra protein, this is not the kind I have in mind lol. Overall, minus the bugs it was very delicious!
