Great food, good service
This is a awesome location. Staff is super friendly. I work across town and come here twice a week on my lunch. I carry out and it is fast and friendly.
The food and the service is always great fro the day crew. Andrew is super and so are the two lunch servers who work there

I contacted you via the website about my last experience with the Kannapolis NC location. I picked up my order and the receipt on the (2nd) bag showed my order as I placed it, however when I got home with my order, I found that it wasn't my order but a completely different one. I ordered the big dill burger with fries and received a Philly sub with chips. Needless to say, I didn't make a return trip and just threw it away. I was on my lunch break and got back late because it took so long getting my food. It said that it would be ready by a certain time and it wasn't. A free app would be nice but theres not really a way to "make things right".
Aleeshia,the bartender at the Kannapolis ECW. She is great, makes sure our drinks are on the table when we arrive! She makes every Friday night worth coming in for and puts smiles in my wife and mine faces! She does a phenomenal job!

Love the energy of the staff, however, every time I order chips, it seems like I'm getting the bottom of the barrel. Someone in the kitchen sees what they are giving to the customer.

First of all…. The staff is wonderful. It’s amazing because I don’t think they’re trained to be nice and courteous…To a degree…we visit once a week and it always feels like a family atmosphere. Truly enjoy my time at ECW on north main in high point.

My husband and I dined at the Albemarle location last night with another couple.We ordered an appetizer of Pub bites to share with the table. There appetizer of fried green beans arrived. We received our food and had to ask another server for silverware. After eating we asked for three to-go boxes and the meal ticket. We waited fifteen minutes with neither delivered. During this time our waitress would stop and chat with other tables then run around in a rush later. Upon receiving the ticket she stated that she split the green beans, but when asked about the pub bites she said that she never put them in. She never stated why she didn't put them in.
I enjoy the food and the people. Especially the staff. There awesome
