The food at this location is always great. We've going there for years. The sauce we prefer (i.e. teri-ginger-garlic) tastes exactly the same every time we order it and that's why we love it. The service is good, the beer is cold, the prices are reasonable and we never leave there hungry. We also love the added bonuses like earning points, birthday incentives and weekly specials. Love the music too! Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

They're open until 9pm on Christmas Eve. How an employer treats their employees makes or breaks a company. Its unfortunate that this employer has chose to disregard his employees views and stayed open until 9pm. I nor my family will come to this location.

What could we do to improve?

Can't add two flavors when ordering 10 wings through the online ordering site. Had to order 15 or 25 to do more than 1.
