Great, my food was ready, hot and delicious at pick-up!
It was our waitress's (Ari) first day and she did a great job! Very attentive and got everything right.

Incorrect order . 3 Trips. Good not spicy for 10 of the boneless. Order was corrected but they kept saying they twere comping my meal when in fact they just remade it the way I ordered it but even then the spice level was not hot. The front staff were all friendly. I was told I could keep the bone in wings or throw them away as they could not take them back. I don't eat them so was going to toss them. I was then told I needed to bring them back so the could comp and remake the order in boneless. 2 phone calls 30 minutes trip back .to swap them . I won't eat here again
Bartender was Sonya( not sure of spelling) bar was busy but she took great care of everyone! As always wings were great

We have ordered the wing/chip bundle multiple times over the years and have always been satisfied and pleased. However, this makes the 3rd time we’ve ordered it and the portion size of the chips was just plain sad. For a large box of an appetizer, it looks more like a child’s side portion than a family appetizer.
This must be the new normal for east coast and we’re extremely disappointed. I’m not sure we will even spend the money anymore to be honest, so sad and disappointing.

I usualky visits Charlotte N C twice a month as well as goes for my kunch at East Coast. I could not remember the wing flavor I usually orders. I do not like spicy or hot wing sauce but the Manager Raven came over to assist the waitress and she knew exactly what I liked...Wow amazing!! Great customer service.

We ordered at the take out counter and our order was taken quickly. We liked that when our order was ready we were shown our order securing that before we left we knew our order was correct. The staff was super nice and we will be heading back here soon.

Multiple items that were ordered were incorrect. We ordered the buffalo chicken lettuce wraps and received the buffalo chicken wrap. We ordered dry run wings and they were not the dry rub. It was the servers second day so we didn’t bring it up and cause a fuss over it. Even with the incorrect items all food was prepared great and tasted great as well

But the restaurant is always so cold!! Please turn the AC down.

2 of our orders were wrong. Then we got charged for the sauces that should have came with our meal. We were told several times I will be right back and it was more than 5 minutes each time. Chips were soggy.

I had the nachos and nachos what I’ve had been craving for days. It was very fresh on chips that are made right there on the premises. Absolutely delicious. I definitely will be coming back.
