Our server,Langlie, was wonderful! Kind, polite. Very hard working. Food was great! Salad was just what I asked for.
Have the bar staff double check the order before giving it out. And if something is missing that is simple such as celery/Carrots and you blue cheese it should not take over 20cminites to get it. They also could use a smile. One other thing is if you are handing someone 2 more Togo containers to and already full bag go-ahead and bring another bag even though the boxes were small. We have ordered before and maybe this was a one off night. Previous we door dashed and things were great.last night I was going into town so I picked it up. I did what the sign said amd looked in my tied bag before I left to make sure. And im glad. I did since I love 20 minutes away

Ordered cheeseburger with cheese and onions only. Got it with everything it comes with (tomato, lettuce, pickles and mayo). And added celery and carrots as my side. Never received either. Got the ranch dressing with nothing to dip.

Ordered crispy chips, but got french fries. Had to get them to replace the fries with chips, but the chips were not crispy.

When I picked up my order the chips were not in the bag. I called back three times and no one answered the phone. I would like a gift card for the missing side and the inconvenience.

Consistency. You never know how your same wings will come out week to week.... No sauce , ample sauce , no sauce , light sauce , dry rub instead of sauce . Smallish wings , side salad half full
The excellent quality and quantity of food from their menu. The kindness and patience of the wait staff and they always recognize their regular customers. Cleanliness is excellent.
Even though they were obviously understaffed, the food and service were really good.
Had a great meal and super service. We recently moved to Wilmington NC from Charlotte we were regulars at the Monroe location. We have truly missed the wings and chips so thank you. You could really do well in Wilmington as there are no restaurants like yours here
