Service was great and very fast! Cost is a tad high and the food was just alright -nothing great.
My order was ready at the time that I ask for to pick it up
Wings barely had sauce on them. Fries tasted old and not completely fried through. Was not busy, but seemed like they were packed with wait time.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were kind enough to switch one of the TVs near our table to a specific game that was playing. The food was good, and all customized items were made correctly. The restrooms were clean as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I truly believe ECW+G is an underrated restaurant and deserves more praise.
Ordered takeout. Did not receive any utensils. Ordered two salads and did not receive any dressing for the salads. Also paid for cheese and received an extremely small portion on each salad. Lettuce in salads was very brown. Just a disappointing experience.
Excellent Customer Service and Food! I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations (dine in or take out). You can say that about many food establishments these days.

The food is always delicious
The chips were more like chewy potato. Some were like chips but most were more chewy and like a potato skin. I ate in the parking lot after waiting for my order, so it wasn't because they sat in the container too long.

Put your fries in a separate box from at least the quesadillas because it soaks up the grease and it’s yucky for the pick up orders.
ECW store on M. Main Street always does a good job! Eat lunch there a lot! Manager Delyn, staff and owners Brandon and Zack are always glad to see you!
