I love EastCoast wings and The customer service is amazing every time i visit the store and call over the phone.
I ordered a grilled buffalo chicken salad. I explained to the waiter I wanted the cheese on the side, no bacon bits and I wanted the chicken grilled extra well done (really brown) with hot sauce. The salad that was brought to me was not the salad I ordered. It had lettuce, slice eggs and some green stuff I assume was guacamole and the chicken looked like it had been barely cooked really light colored with not much sauce on it. I sent it back. I told the person that took it back again what I wanted. I waited more and then it was brought a second time. This time the chicken was "fried" not grilled like I had asked. There was cheese on it plus cheese on the side. I sent it back once more. There was a lady who came out and asked me exactly what it was that I wanted. I believe she was a manager but she didn't state that. She apologized and said they would have it right out. The original waiter never came to me and said he was sorry or anything until after it was brought back to me for the 3rd time. It still wasn't completely like I wanted it but after waiting for an hour, I was so hungry plus I needed to get home to my fur baby to take her out that I decided to go ahead and eat it. The cheese was on the salad plus on the side. The chicken was not cooked as "done" as I would have liked for it to have been but like I said I wanted to eat after having to wait for an hour or more and plates brought to me 3 times. I have always loved ECW and I will be back at some point because I know that sometimes things happen and people are going through things that keep them from being on top of their game.....so i will give them another chance and hopefully it will be a better experience. Thank you!

The customer service was great, I just wasn't wowed like in the past. I just sat with my children as they ate but we were sat in the bar area. My kids are young adults and teens it wasn't horrible by any means I guess we just wasn't asked if that was OK.

1) I had to wait about 20 minutes for a pickup order
2) The front door stayed propped open the whole time I was waiting. It wouldn’t have taken much for a fly to buzz its way straight into the kitchen.

Food is always great, service is good, and it just has everything for everyone. This is why I have so many reviews about this establishment. I like going with my friends and just enjoying our time. Keep up the great work, and keep doing what you are best at, customer satisfaction!

We love East Coast Wings in King. The service is always good. The food the wings is always good and Tina is an exceptional waitress. She’s been a waitress for many many years so we appreciate her service and her good memory. It’s pretty cool to go to a place and not even need a menu because she knows exactly what we want. I really enjoy the Buffalo Shrimp Salad. It's one of my favorites.
Order 2-8pk wings. Received 2-5pk. Won’t be back to this location. Waited too long to not receive what I ordered.
Fries appeared & tasted recooked. They were hard, cold & had a weird taste
I wanted to order dry rub wings with a sauce on the side. Instead, I got plain wings with the dry rub on the side. Not very tasty. :( The ordering was so confusing for this. It also took me a half hour to sign up and log in because my desktop efforts resulted in the website freezing up twice. I finally got it to work on my phone. It was overall a very frustrating experience. I had your wings once and they were really good but I think I'd need to order in person vs online.
The food was awesome and the waitress was too.
The server was excellent. she was doing multiple roles, as a hostess & server.. and was very pleasant! I would come back because of her service!
