We dined in today and the good experience started with a very friendly hostess. Our waitress was also great. We both got the original chicken sandwich which is usually delicious. Sadly, today the chicken was quite tough and hard to complete your bite without pulling the chicken with your fingers. It literally only had a tiny bit of aioli..I’d say a tsp at most. It couldn’t even be spread. We were super disappointed that the French fries weren’t battered. I’m sure the food was a one off.

Food and atmosphere tremendous!! Feels like we are among friends when we stop by to eat or get a drink. Brea, Lilly, Carly and all of the staff are awesome!!! We have made many good friends at ECW Kernersville. We bring all of our out of town visitors to this special place!
Food took a long time to come out. Staff was friendly but seemed like not enough people were working.
All the staff there is great! (Managers, cooks, and wait staff) Go a few times, and they will know you. The food is always great, especially the wings.
The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very nice, polite and caring. Food came out in a timely manner and was very delicious. This location always take very good care of me and my family when we come visit. This is why I drive 1 hr 30 mins. Thank you for great service and wonderful experiences every time

The staff at peters creek pkwy are exceptional. They are always willing to help with your order, very precise on keeping your glass filled and making sure your order is correct.

Found a hair in the ranch dip, bonless wings were completely overcooked to the point of being rock hard. Food came out on time and server was great, just not a great cook night. Will try again some time, hope for better results.

ECW in Albemarle is AWESOME!!! The staff always does a finominal job. Restaurant is always clean and great food. Every visit is enjoyable!!
We had great service this past Sunday. Our server even took some food back to have it remade, even though we didn't ask for it. That's top notch service and she was wonderful as well. Thanks for a great meal.

Server was relatively new but was attentive for the most part. She could benefit from more knowledge about menu items to answer questions about including or excluding specific things listed as ingredients to accommodate food allergies or customer preferences.

Tabby is the best!!! Always like the food. Just tried the red velvet cookie and loved it but the customer service is the best in town.
