Server never came back and checked on us after we go out meal and never brought us drink refills until we were completely done with our food. Was too busy talking to the customers at the bar and not tending to the customers at the tables

Service was excellent wings were cooked to perfection just the way I ordered them . My only complaint about the order would be having a better tasting blue cheese, Being from Buffalo I’m used to restaurant making blue cheese in house and chunky . Other then that excellent!!
When I came in to pick up my order no one was at the front desk to meet me and when I told them I had a pick up order they gave me the wrong order. Not a big deal by any means but had I not noticed and got home I would have been very upset.

Service was good, food was fine. We walked in to 'smoke' permeating the entire seating area. No explanation given, clearly an exhaust fan was not working.

The service was very slow and were not checked on in a timely manner. our server thanked us for our patience as the were short staffed. She told us only two servers were working as some folks had called in that day.

Hello on our last trip to East coast wings we ordered online from the waxhaw nc location. The food itself was very tasty. My quarrel is that this is the second time our carrot / celery was forgotten, also we were supposed to get 4 cups of ranch and 2 blue cheese. Instead we got 2 ranch and 4 cups of a ranch parm of sorts,and we got a little shorted on the fresh chips.
