Great customer service from the team at East Coast Wings
Typically love East coast but this time my chips were burnt & chicken was over done it was extremely hard. The hostess also tried to tell me twice I couldn’t sit in a booth I needed to sit at the half booth half table which didn’t make sense because they are the same size table… she said with it being 6 of us (4 small children) there wouldn’t be enough room for plates - I sat at the booth anyway and there was more than enough room.
Fast service, good food and great staff
The phones do not work so I have to go inside to place an order, which deters me from wanting to order and when I do order, my food is overcooked and always dry. I have gotten good food here before, but it’s a rare occasion indeed.

The food and service is always good.. Dave is always the friendliest, happiest and provides amazing customer service.. I brought my cousins in from out of town and they said it was the best service and friendliest atmosphere they had seen in a long time.

I’m really mad still I sent in a complaint a week ago and haven’t heard back still. I got 2 5 piece tender meals and both of them came with 4 that is ridiculous!!!
