Food is always good. Service is quick
The knowledge and friendliness of the associates. They told us about different foods and why they were so good. We have tried five out of seven recommendations so far. We will be back!

Your staff is so rude. This isn’t the first time either. I should’ve never came back but as a service worker I understand people have bad days so I was willing to give it another try. However, the same people were rude again. My girlfriend and I ordered To-Go and upon searching our food i didn’t see the bacon I ordered for my fries. We went in there to state that we don’t think we got it and a server sighed and got an attitude. Saying she was just a server and there was nothing she could do. Understandable to an extent but bring me somebody who can actually help me. Fast forward, we ended up over looking the bacon and realizing it was at the bottom of the bag and the same “waitress” sighed again as if we were bothering her. Again, I work in food service who deals with unruly customers every day but my Girlfriend and I were not like that. We were very respectful however your staff was neither welcoming nor did they seem like they cared for the job they applied to do. Very disappointing
Food is always fantastic every time we go !!! We absolutely love the staff there , Caleb and Dion treats us with a 10/10 service !!!
Enjoy the wings, but using the app is somewhat difficult, it’s not very user friendly.

East Coast Wings + Grill in Salisbury, NC has so many amazing things going for it. The food is always awesome, (especially the street corn appetizer!), the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff & servers are absolutely wonderful! You can’t find a better wing selection any where around and they are always SO DARN GOOD! This is definitely our go to spot when we want to eat out!

We’ve eaten there several times with family. The staff is always friendly and professional, the restaurant is always clean. The food is delicious and prepared to your expectations and requests.
When ordering the 25 wings and chips special currently advertised, you should be allowed more that 2 flavors. The table ad card did not specify a flavor limit. Our server did not know there was a limit until after she tried to put the order in. When we normally order 25 wings, we are allowed 5 flavors. Why would this "special" offer fewer flavors?
Service was good, kitchen very slow getting food out!
Well this visit was not as I expected. I usually get extra sauce on my wings. As I did this time and was charged .99cents, not much. I get home NO EXTRA SAUCE! I am livid!
To far to return and yes I should check my box , but the server/cashier always checks and this visit was not the usual as trainers were there helping!
