Server training on timely delivery of beverages. We love the food here but it took 15 min to have our beers delivered. We will definitely be back because we love the wings!!

I placed an order using the app, the order was placed at 4:05 for pick up at 5:00. The order was not ready until after 5:30. When I got home my wings were under cooked and Hot chips were under cooked. Very disappointed with the Thomasville location. This was the 3rd time I have had an issue with my take out order and I probably won't be back.

The waitress name Erin overcharges and adds tips to customers cards without their permission. If you tip her cash she will still add a tip to your credit card. She needs to be fired for doing this. I have had to call to have the tip removed from my tab because I had already tipped her cash. My family and I came back this weekend to eat and I see you all still have that thief working there. We love the food but she can NEVER be our waitress again.
Food is always hot and fresh.
Some of the tator tots were ENTIRELY TOO SALTY. Someone apparently turned the seasoning upside down and poured instead of trying to spread the seasoning evenly.

The food seems to get worse every time I go. I wasted most of my food. I only ate a few bites and spent over $50. Customer service isn’t that pleasant as well.
East Cost wings has the best food. No matter what you order the food will be fresh and plentiful. They also have the best wings !!
Hello, I ordered 25 wings. I wanted them fried extra crispy. They were not cooked as crispy as I wanted. I also ordered 3 drinks, one lemonade and two sweet teas. The drinks were not not good at all. Could not drink them. I eat here a lot and the food has been good. I just think that maybe they were busy and the food & drinks were a little rushed. I love to eat a East Coast wings and I will be back, I will probably have to sample my To Go food & drink before I leave. I paid $37 for my food and I deserve 1/2 of my money back but after getting home, I did not want to drive back to complain.
The waitress was friendly and checked on us at good intervals. Food was made well and exactly as ordered. Everything was delicious!

Ehh I strongly dislike paying an up charge for certain accommodations that do not get met. This happens often at this location when paying for extra crispy or extra saucy. They even wrote the request outside of the box. My wings were the driest I’ve ever had. They don’t even come that dry when I don’t ask for extra sauce.
Very tasty items. I got both wings and fries to go, and they were fresh and not soggy.
I called and was hung up twice I paid for extra sauce and the amount was not even 1/4 of the container.
The world wings had a burnt taste and wasn’t really flavorful like I am accustomed to. This was the first time that I was really disappointed with the food
