Wings and chips were great, got home (20 minutes) one way realized our order was short ranch dressing, couldn’t justify a ride back from Mt Pleasant to Kannapolis

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Always short handed, boneless wings were just small nuggets and over cooked. Chips were burnt, I could only eat about 25% of them. I ordered Korean BBQ hot, I received no hot. I tried to complain but little to nobody came to our table. So I ate what I could and stopped at KFC(drive thru) to supplement lunch. We came here often but we'll move on somewhere else.
Give me a credit for our lunch and get some new help.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It is a regular occurrence that the hot chips are not hot, and often the wings are lukewarm and barely covered in sauce. Previously, there was enough sauce to dip the chips, but definitely not today.
Today (08/13/25), the boneless wings were overcooked.
