They always have our order ready when I get there and I’ve never had any items missing. Plus the staff is so kind!

Had questions for the manager. Someone said it was a chain so not to go there. I told them I thought each one was independently owned so I wanted to confirm that fact, as I wanted to promote locally owned businesses on my online platform .
Cashier said he was there and just chatting with an employee at the bar. She said she could go get him. I said I didn’t want to bother him.
She said that’s no problem. When she came back she said that he told her he was too busy. So that’s one place we will never go back to eat. Horrible customer relations. I have a public platform but will not use it for the sake of the employees there. This is in Lynchburg, VA
To go ordered on time and prepared correctly!
The food was good but it took a very long time for the food to get out. My main concern was our waitress and her lack of attentiveness as well as her not coming back to the table to check on us. I did not dock her tip because she may have been new but I feel it does need to be addressed.
Ashley was an excellent server. And the food was delicious.

We love East Coast Wings, the food was great and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. East Coast is always consistent, that is a plus when so many restaurants fall short. We will remain faithful customers.

Food is always amazing and you guys got slammed right after we got there…a13 top I think! Was slow and no clean beer glasses in the size we were having but it all worked out. Service and getting our food was slower than ever but I do understand…staffing is tough right now but they all did the best they could and we were appreciative of that! We weren’t in a hurry and was OK with waiting as late as we had a cold beer…LOL!
We will be back and we know you guys are trying so hard and that does mean a lot!

I was looking for draft beer specials, but there were none offered. Winston-Salem and Kernersville have daily specials.
Wings came with little sauce. You guys are too stingy with ranch. Its getting worse
Wings are very small compared to wings we get at other places.
The employee who brought food out to sidewalk as I couldn’t step onto the curb with crutches. She’s awesome!!! Plus the wings are always great! Thanks
Poor service and no friendly service. Take a 40min to order a 10 wings . Thanks
