The chicken tenders were hard with little to no sauce at all on them which was disappointing since the sauce is easily one of my favorites. However while I enjoy a crispy tender these were just hard.
The wings were small and very dry (hardly no sauce on them) very bland tasting which was very disappointing!

The food.
Wings were cold. Tasted like they have been sitting out long enough to be room temp. We were 5 minutes early for pickup and only had a 5-6min drive home.

I just want the order to be correct when I order take out. The carrots and celery were not included. And there were only 2 ranch dressings for 25 wings and large hot chips. The wings tasted fine though.
Cheap and delicious sauces
The wings were precooked came out to us warm not hot. They still tasted fine but they came out of the kitchen so fast they had to have been precooked. Maybe throw them back in the fryer for a bit before sending them out. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Although the table at the bar where we were sitting were extremely rowdy and the bartender kept serving them.
Wings are always great, and service was excellent.

I love the wings but your rewards program is broken . I have $10 worth of rewards but every time I try to use it I get an errror message and am unable to redeem it.
