I called in my order. It was prepared quickly and it was delicious once I made it home to eat. I enjoy the friendly familiar faces of the staff, as well.

Food was good and hot this time,better than the last time a couple weeks ago.Price was good with my rewards.
We have only ever ordered out from ECWG, so I can't speak to the dine-in experience, but I don't believe we have ever received the correct order. Most recently, an item was left out of our order, and upon returning to receive the missing item, I was quickly given the item, however it was cold and had obviously been left out.
The approach to customer care just seems to be more that of checking the box to say you did your job, and seems to be devoid of any empathy or sincere effort to provide a good experience. It just seems like no one cares.
Out of many items, slow service
I usually rate ECW Kingsport a 10… however, last visit was not. You need more help, when you put up a sign at the hostess desk that essentially tells customers that you are going to be slow… that’s not good. The beer cheese was not hot at all, cold, pasty and thick. Otherwise the food was good, service was as good as could be expected considering you don’t have enough help.

The food is always excellent. It normally doesn’t take very long for our food but we waited about an hour for our food and they were not very busy at all. It was really frustrating. Our server was excellent and continued to check on us and bring refills right away! But the wait time for food was very disappointing.
Use tallow for deep frying wings as that makes wing. taste better. Get bigger wings. Some of the wings I received were smaller than usual although it is not a big deal because it was remedied by receiving more than I ordered.
