Drinks and waitress
There were multiple issues with the experience that made this order lack luster. Despite the fact that we live in Statesville we chose the Mocksville location as we were traveling through on our way home and stopping here for takeout was a better option. The order taking process over the phone was great and the staff who assisted was kind and communicated well....that's about where the good experience stopped. Upon arriving at the location and receiving our order I found a piece of what looked like the top of a sauce squeeze container in one of my wing containers. The staff took the container to the kitchen and returned with no explanation or apology...not even a mention of it again!! Upon further inspection the other order of wings barely had sauce on them. (there we several completely naked) When I asked for more sauce the staff insisted I was going to have to pay for the "extra" sauce. When I didn't back down and insisted I get the correct amount of sauce I already paid for as part of my order and then asked for a manager, the staff took my container and went to the kitchen...returning with additional sauce on my wings but no manager to speak to. Again, no further explanation or apology. Exhausted from the experience and wanting to get home I thanked the woman and left. When arriving home (35 minutes later) to eat our food we also took note that we didn't receive the correct amount of ranch dressing we paid for. We ordered one for each set of wings, which we received, as well as EXTRA for each salad. The extra charge was reflected on our receipt but not actually provided. This was an EXTREMELY unsatisfying experience which will make us question our sanity the next time we get a craving for wings.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at an East Coast Wings. We placed our order at the counter and then sat. There were 4 other small groups/couples sitting. One group received their food about 5 minutes after we sat. We waited over 40 minutes to get our 5 items. None of the other groups/couples got their food either. We had 2 chicken Philly sandwiches. Neither sandwich had cheese on it. We were not give silverware or napkins. We asked for two extra paper baskets so that wraps could be shared and after asking a second time, one was brought out. My husband went to the order counter to ask for napkins and was given 3 for our party of 6 people. One other group got their food after us and another group finally left after asking for their money back.
