It’s usually all good. This past Sunday was rough. I think the kitchen was understaffed and everyone seemed stressed. Was there a management change recently? Usually, Clemmons has THE BEST staff and good food. Something was off this week. But we won’t give up on you!

What could we do to improve?

Attention to details. The place was literally empty and I ordered to go and got there on time and still waited for 10 min and they didn’t put our dressings or carrots that I ordered separately or the sour cream and salsa for the quesadilla!

Nothing, we came to have dinner with family who live close by. There are at least two other locations closer to us. We will continue to be regular ECW+G customers.

Always try to stop in for wings. Flavor was good but they were not warm at all, as if they were just sitting waiting to be put in sauce. Wife lived her burger and fries.

2nd time I've been ignored by staff or no one was at the counter for a while when I went to pick up my order. So I had to wait longer than I should have.
