The service was great, as was the food. We have never had a bad meal in the 5 years we have lived in Harrisburg.

Jeremiah was a great server! The Buffalo Chicken Dip is amazing.
We had a take out order and the wings were horribly prepared. They clearly had been sitting for some time and were extremely dry. Furthermore, the person who prepared them (prepared is not the correct word, assembled is better) took the take out box, put wax paper in it, then coated the paper with a thin layer of sauce. Finally the 15 wings we ordered were placed on top. Approximately 5 wings had sauce on just the side touching the wax paper. We you guys a try, but we will be going back to BWW.

I’m glad that you changed your chicken tenders to some that are much more tender and less dry, however they are smaller and they went up in price. I also didn’t like how I was charged $2.50 for a couple little ramekins of ranch dressing to dip them in. Stop nickel and diming your customers, but good job improving the food quality.

Let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of East Coast Wings, as you can tell by my awards card, I have been coming for years and will continue. My visit on Saturday was a pure disappointment. Let’s run thru the problems. We arrived and there were 4 other tables occupied and the restaurant never got more than half full during our visit.
It started when the seat I sat in was broken, one of the screws was missing and the chair seat just spun around. I pointed out to the person who set us and our waitress, they just switched to another table. I expect from an owner/manager standpoint, this is a huge insurance liability risk.
I have been so often; we can order without a menu: It was 4 of us at the table (2 couples) we ordered two garden salads: 25 bone-in wings: Medium with 10 having Raging Ranch and carrots/celery. The carrots/celery with plates soon arrived. 3 packages of carrots/celery and 3 plates. YES, there was 4 of us at the table.
The wait for food was not bad, it soon arrived with someone delivering other than our server. The salads arrived and we asked for 2 extra bowls to allow the salad to be shared. The person that brought the food went back and got 2 bowls.
The 10 Raging Ranch look correct, covered in sauce, the 15 other ‘medium’ wings were naked. Well, how to you have medium heat wings ‘naked’. Our server came to check on us, we sent the wings back for sauce and asked for silverware (yes, NO silverware was ever brought). The wings were brought back with sauce (not medium heat) and THREE sets of silverware. Yes, we need 4 sets.
At this point our server disappeared. We waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come by but they were all around the corner not paying any attention to the people in the restaurant. We ended up getting up from the table to get our own silverware.
About mid-way thru the meal my beverage was almost empty. For the rest of the meal, the server never checked on us or offered any additional beverage.
One poor time will not stop me from coming back but we was very disappointed.
