Great food atmosphere
the girl that waited on us was like we were to must trouble to wait on.
Love the crispy wings! They’re never greasy or fatty like other places I have tried in the past.
The food is delicious.
Food was great! Always hot and on time when I pick it up! The shrimp po boy is to die for! All the food is great as well.
The customer service is always top notch and the servers take the time to make you feel welcome.
Quicker seating
The shrimp was old and had a terrible aftertaste. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. Cold tots. Celery and carrots had no taste probably from sitting in water as they tasted watered down. I was 2 mins past my pick up time yet my food was already soggy and room temperature.
My wings were made how I ordered them and tasted great. A good amount of sauce and flavor.
Love the food & the wait staff are always very nice.
Whole menu is getting boring, need something new and exciting. Watch food network and take some cues
It’s always a good place to eat, great atmosphere, and Doug is a great waiter.
2 price increases in a year. Inflation isn’t at 20%
First time trying East Coast Wings + Grill ... loved the flavor selection and menu variety. Unfortunately, we missed our drink with the kids meal that was ordered, but everything else was great! I look forward to returning and trying a new flavor.
The food was delicious and the waitress was awesome.
Service is extremely slow. My order has been wrong the past three visits. I have to get up and get my own silverware and refilled my own drink.
Not what I expect when I eat out.
The cheeseburgers are specular and the onion rings are to die for.

Service and food was fantastic. It’s been awhile since we’ve gone because I ordered the same thing 3 times in a row and got something different each time (sauce/heat). I will try back again soon

For the most part everything was great on our last visit. The waitress was very attentive and the wings were great! ONe thing I would suggest is making sure the carrots and celery are fresh. The celery I was served was old, brown on the ends and soggy.

ordered boneless chicken and chips, my boneless chicken is just warm, maybe make sure the food is hot?
Listen to your customers when they are placing an order and don't rush them off the phone. 9 times out of 10 they will get the order wrong. Patience.
