I always get the Buffalo Chicken Dip, I have no clue what happened to the portion size as it has gone from a decent amount to half of what it used to be. I normally have enough to make 3 meals and I barely had enough for 2. I do not eat alot that’s why I order 3 ranch with it when I get it and I only ended up using one. And the price is still the same. So not only do I feel like I wasted money on the Buffalo Dip but I wasted money on extra Ranxh that I did not end up using. The size of the dip used to come in a bigger container like what you would get your hamburger or something in but this one came in the same size box as the chips did.. I did have tons of chips left that went to waste.

The manager there did not get my full discount. I know she lied to me and if someone call me I will explain. I’m going to keep my receipt for proof and to later talk with someone higher in authority.

We haven’t had a great experience here in several years. The take out orders are always missing something, this visit they couldn’t find my order. When I placed it on the phone I gave them my name but they wrote down a different name. So when they finally found my order it had been sitting waiting for me for 20 minutes. I had been there waiting for my order 15 minutes, our chips were cold and when we got home we realized they gave us ranch instead of blue cheese.

The boneless wings had more breading than chicken in them. My carrots weren’t fresh and I constantly had to leave my table and go find my waitress to get a refill on my drink.
In addition to gnat, your once wonderful Texas toast which was thick and delicious has now been transformed into a pitiful excuse for toast. Based on this experience alone, I would never see the need to frequent an East Coast Wings restaurant anywhere again and I’ve been a faithful patron for years.
I moved away 13 years ago but in my monthly visits home, I ALWAYS go to one of your restaurants, but my last three experiences have been so bad, that will cease. I don’t like wasting my money for bad food and poor service.
The food is great and the wonderful and friendly server.
Good food at a good price
We had a big crowd after Thanksgiving leaving town and all wanted to meet up for lunch.
They seated us immediately together and then the server was wonderful. Friendly and efficient.
We felt like she was part of the family by the time we left.
Also, we always like the food. Heard delicious from a bunch of them.

The food is always good and the service is usually good. The food didn’t take as long as I was afraid it would, for a late afternoon on Black Friday near an outlet mall! I was sad that they only give out a few skinny stalks of celery in a little baggie, but I suspect that’s standard for this chain.

Ease of ordering with app, food was ready when promised, tasted great!
My food was ready and sitting on the counter ready for pickup, the girl who was in the lobby asks me the name and instead of checking the counter to see if it was my order she tells me she will go get somebody else which was dumb and frustrating because why is she employed if she can’t check a counter in front of her for peoples orders. But what made it frustrating is the girl that came ended up taking like 5 minutes to come to the front so by the time i got to my food it was cold. I just feel like i understsnd there are certain people that work in certain areas but if someone cant simply check an order snd give it to a customer why are they there

Wings were old and fries were cold
I always order extra crispy wings, and again, they were not extra crispy. Or even regular crispy, really. And one batch (I ordered 15 in 3 sauces) was like eating a rubber chicken - those toy ones - the taste and texture were disconcerting.
The chips were great - all crisp like I prefer, and the ranch dip at ECW is consistently my fave, hands-down.
The wings were void of sauce with the exception of what was in the bottom of the to go box. The mac and cheese was completely inedible - cold, dry and tasteless.
