Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant during our visit. We’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time and enjoy the friendly staff and great food.
The food service and environment
Great wings and good service!
The price of 2 large XX beers was $16.00 .This is way way way out of line. Other bars in the Kingsport area are changing $10.00 to $12.00. It was shocking to my friends and I. I will be buying takeout and purchasing my beer from a convenience store and watching future games at home. No way can this price be justified.

Food was good, service was good. Food to table, wasn't bad. Wings could have been warmer when they arrived, weren't cold but not as hot as usual.

My boneless wings were burnt. I asked for fried hard they were not edible at all
Quality has been going down drastically. Boneless wings are over breaded. Ordered both boneless (for kids) and bone-in (for adults) this time and both sets came boneless. Also saw that sanitation score is now a low C. Although I love the atmosphere, location, and flavors, think we will be looking for a new wing place.
Tab is amazing.
I ordered cajun ranch and Bleu cheese ranch wings. Both were served dry at this location and there was little to no sauce. I had the same in other locations within Charlotte, NC and they were way better.
I placed an online order at 3 pm with pickup scheduled for 6:30 pm the same day. I arrived at 6:30 and the order was not ready. It was finally available for pickup at 7:15 pm.
