Good food.

Olivia was phenomenal . The food was perfect . Accurate and hot. We are never disappointed here.

I got the 25 piece boneless wings which I have gotten many times before. I showed up right around the 15 minute mark (which is what my online order said) to get my to-go order, which was ready when I arrived. When I got home and started to eat my order, I realized that the majority of my boneless wings were mostly batter, hard and crunchy, and very small. It was disappointing because they’ve been much better in the past and I would’ve understood if they’d had gotten hard from sitting there too long but that wasn’t the case. I’d honestly prefer a refund but I know that probably wont happen so maybe a coupon or free appetizer for the next time I decide to take a chance on eating there.

The boneless wings and the chicken tenders were tough and very dry. My step dad even asked the waitress to ask them to please not overcook the tenders this time. The boneless wings were not only overcooked but barely had any wing sauce on them at all. Both the tenders and boneless wings were very overcooked and hard to chew. The regular wings, fries and the chicken tacos were all good. But half of our table had a less than good experience. Even saying it’s going to be a while before we give ECW’s another chance.

Everything! It was prepared perfectly and hot! And so good!!!!! Yassssss!!!!!

The food, people, and environment

The atmosphere was nice and the food was good. There were a few hiccups that happened, but things were resolved pretty quick. One challenge that I've had on wo separate occasions is ordering the wings. I've asked both visits for all flats. The server repeated all flats and when the food came, it was drumsticks and flats. The first time was an opps, the second time it made me wonder if they are really listening. The servers, both times, were very apologetic and got the challenge fixed quickly.

Great servers! The hostess was new so we ended up waiting double our time and when we finally checked in to ask she said it would be 30 more minutes. When we told her we had already been waiting for an hour she went to ask someone else and sat us immediately. Our server told us they had two new hostesses working that night and they had made a mistake when putting in our party number so they were waiting for a table for 6 when we only had 2. Our waitress was absolutely amazing!! Food is always so good too.

Our server (I believe her name was Marilyn) was great! She checked on us frequently and was so polite. The food came out quick, and was hot and delicious!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I came on a Thursday afternoon so it got busy pretty fast, but through it all the staff maintained their professionalism.
