Everything was so nice and good smile from the staff and on time with refill i will tell a friend to go there thanks for everything I enjoy my self
Food and service were very good.
Food service atmosphere
Waiters were very busy but made every attempt to make our visit satisfactory. I had no complaints about the service or the food.
The only problem was with my rewards points. I have excess points that could be used but my waiter was unable to use them for some reason. He suggested I contact headquarters, which I assume is you, to see why I could not use my points.
I really like your wings. But this past visit the eings were dry and hard. I told the waitress and she brought me more. They were not hot. Chips were excellent
It didn’t take long for the order to be ready. It was delicious and no problems
Love the food, love the atmosphere and staff
Quick seating, fast, friendly service. Food was prepared as ordered. Server kept our drinks filled and cleared our dishes promptly. Wings were tasty and prepared extra crispy as requested, also the chips.
Speed
Told the person on the phone when ordering that I wanted crispy wings and they were not. Had to repeat myself 3 times and she still got it wrong. Asked for Ale battered fries and was told they were not on the menu. Also ordered hot and there was no heat. I spent $70.
I’m not sure if the waitress was having a bad day or what. It wasn’t busy at all and we had a total of 6 people. We ordered bottomless chips she brings that out with one beer cheese lol okay we even asked for one extra and ranch! So we get that then we order our food 🤷♀️ I asked for a plate to share with my husband and my son and his wife was going to share as well. Get our order it was right no extra plate ask for one and was told to use the empty chip tray. Then my son’s food was wrong she keeps telling him that is not what he ordered so she said I can just take it off the bill. Okay great!! But he would still like his food to eat. Then 20 minutes later he gets it. Then we get the bills and that was all messed up too. I’m really not one to complain because I work with the public every day too. But WOW is all I can say. It has been a long time since we have been to East Coast but now I remember why we stopped!! So disappointed!!

I ordered boneless wings. Out of the 10 wings, 5 were burned. It was obvious so why were they served?

Bacon ranch wings are amazing!!! Large variety of flavors. And when I ask for crispy you guys nail it every time!!
Wings were good, we actually got the chips this time and they were good. Love the signature blue cheese. Easy to order and delivered.
We got the classic nachos and they're delicious. But this time each ingredient was put in separate containers. While it was nice and neat, but it seems that it took a lot of extra effort a lot of extra containers to produce each dinner which could possibly lead to higher prices.
Consistently good wings, and service food is always the same. You know you’re gonna get a good meal when you come through the door.
Great experience! Excellent service and great food! Our waiter was outstanding! He is very friendly and helpful. He made our dining experience very special! I highly recommend this location. The staff is the best!
I eat East Coast Wings all the time love the flavor of the wings just need a little more of the lemon pepper dry rub.
Food was hot, ready, accurate, and delicious.
I ordered 5pc buffalo chicken tenders dinner and paid extra to upgrade the side to sweet potato waffle fries. There was no spot to say I wanted the sweet sauce with the fries. And I picked blue cheese for my tenders. When I picked my order up I said the sweet sauce was missing for the waffle fries. And she said I had to select it online. I told her there was no spot to pick it. And I picked blue cheese for the tenders. She wanted to charge me for the sweet sauce. I said when I dine in it comes with it but not when I do take out. She said well you had to select it. And I again told her there was not a spot to select it. The meal should be the same weather it's dine in or to go.
