What could we do to improve?

My order should have came with carrots and celery and I did not receive them. Also, this is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered traditional wings that I’ve received some still with feathers on them. Very unappetizing. Otherwise, the wings are great and I love the chips.

What could we do to improve?

Good was good, portion was a little smaller that usual but overall was still a great meal deal. Tots were fresh, buffalo chicken sandwich was good, a little smaller than I’ve had before but still had a great taste.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Still love your food... Hate the parking situation. I actually dined alone this time, and was miraculously able to get the next to last spot in the parking lot. I have parked across the road before, but one of the ladies that normally joins us can't walk that far, so we just don't come there anymore. Have you considered buying the lot across the road and building?
