Staff needs to pay more attention to customer service with timely communication and ensuring order is correct.
Website is NOT user friendly, wait time was too long and the place was NOT crowded plus my buffalo dip had an odd taste that wasn’t pleasing… this was a reward item so I didn’t call back
My ordered was not only accurate it was hot and delicious. The service was great as well.
I was in the restaurant on Burlington NC on 7/21. We placed our order. Waited quite a while for the food. When the waitress brought the food out, she proceeded to tell me that they didn't have the entree that I had ordered. There's no excuse that they waited until the food was brought to the table to let me know that they didn't have the item that I ordered. Therefore, it was pointless for me to order anything because the rest of my party would have been done eating before. I'd even gotten my food considering how long it takes for them to fix the food
So I had to go without eating
I took a little while to get our food on Sunday.
Wings are always good but could have been cooked a little longer or give option for crispy

Employees not really paying attention when I was there. Couldn’t phone in an order. Said more than once phones weren’t working but they rang off the hook and no one bothered to even answer them.

I ordered the southwest chicken wrap and it was DELICIOUS!! I’ve always had great experiences with East Coast in the past so the good being great is to be expected. It only took about 15 minutes once I called and placed my order. And pickup was hassle free!

We ate at the Clemmons Location on Saturday, there was a party of 24 in the back of the Restaurant! There was no wait to be seated! Had we known there was a party of 24 in the back, we would have went elsewhere! It took forever to get our drinks, appetizers, and food! The group in the back were extremely loud, could barely here anything said between my Husband and I , or even the waiter! The Manager on duty did nothing to lower the tone of the loudness in the back! We definitely will not be back to Clemmons for awhile!

The food is always great!!! IO have always had great customer service when I pick up my orders.
We didn't get much service from our waitress. She was very nice but we saw her standing in a corner talking mostly during our time there. Then our food wasn't very warm when we got it, as it took a long time to receive it.
I always get the grilled, medium buffalo chicken wrap with fries and it just wasn't what it usually is. We had to ask for more sauce for the buffalo shrimp salad because most of the shrimp weren't coated at all.
It was just a disappointing experience.
I chose to eat there as Saturday was my birthday but it wasn't good.

Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos was THE BOMB and husband’s cheeseburger Was great
Placed order online on Sat night 7/20 to be delivered. Received all the hot items but missing 2 Cobb salads. Contacted restaurant and was able to speak to the bartender who received the online order. She stated there were 3 bags for the order. Informed her that I did receive bags but there were no salads. Bartender stayed that everything was in the bags. Again I started that i had received everything except the salads. I had to repeat this numerous times. Was put on hold and left there for over 5 minutes. Hung up and tried calling back but there was no answer (busy signal and then voicemail). Left my daughter's birthday party in the middle of a downpour to go the the restaurant to get the salads we ordered. When we got there and told the bartender what happened, she reiterated that there were 3 bags to the order. I agreed that I got 3 bags but there were no salads. Bartender and another worker exchanged exasperated looks as I answered. She walked to the kitchen and returned stating they would be making me new salads. Received the new salads with a long sigh.
Order was not fully correct. I did not receive the mini Cobb riblets, sauces (ranch and blue cheese) for the wings, carrots and celery. The wing order was double the size of what I ordered. My name was on all the boxes. If the number of wings were increased to replace the appetizer order, this should have been communicated.
Fulfill the order correctly. I ordered 3X extra celery and only got 1.

The quality of the food has went downhill.
