The service was great and the food is always good!
The wait team was working hard just appeared under staffed which meant little things like drink refills and a refill of chips for bottomless. Also appeared was running out of items since we saw people walking in with groceries for the kitchen. (which i applaud the efforts)
Normally things are different this was more of a random experience but you were asking for THIS experience.
Food is always good. Service is good as well!
Usually very good experience, however this time the wings were very overcooked and dry we ordered the wings and chips tray

Love the place a good bunch of people
Cooking the wings when ordered would be great. Serving cold, tough wings is not the way to get customers in the door. One order of wings was drinking in sauce, no heat at all and the order was almost dry rub. Figuring out potion sizes would be great as well. Ordered chips, that came out cold, and usually we can't eat them all due to how many are on the tray. This was not the case this time. The worst food we have ever had at this location. We avoid Reynolda Road location due to the wings always, always being precooked and cold. Really let down this time.
Cook the wings until they are crispy and double check to make sure order is right especially when paying for Xtra items and being charged for then

By far the best location in town. Country club and Reynolda locations have gone down hill. We expected that for Clemmons but they were awesome. Speedy, clean, helpful, and friendly. Thank you!
Due to disappointing service at Indian Trail we went to Waxhaw to redeem an award and not surprisingly were pleasantly surprised at the service. Waxhaw is a little further for us but it worth the extra drive time. Service was very good and we will once again make this our ECW destination.

Bri (or Bree, not sure sorry!) is amazing. She's always welcoming and attentive. She is hard working and does a great job. She is the reason (along with the wings) we keep coming back!
The food is always hot and ready when arrived. The customer service is very pleasant. The prices are good for the quantity of food you receive.
