What could we do to improve?

I was upcharged when I got onion rings with my meal the boneless wings lunch special and should have been told. Also the waitress was nice she just wasn’t very attentive and it took her awhile to come back and refill drinks

What could we do to improve?

The food is not always hot when it comes to our table. I hate cold boneless wings. When they are hot they are so good. Sometimes the chips are overdone or just raw. The waiters and waitresses are always great about taking things back to be heated but sometimes we just do not have time to wait.
