Food is good. The waitresses are very helpful and they are so nice. They try to make sure that you have everything you need. They do a great job.

We went for supper to the Kernersville location for some wings. We waited almost 40 minutes before being served. At the time my husband and I went, the bar side of the restaurant was not busy. I don't believe it should take 40 minutes for 15 wings. When we finally got them, they were good. This is not the first time this has happened to us.
Earlier in the week I met a friend at the Winston Salem location for lunch and the service was spectacular. In the future I think we'll head for the Winston Salem facility. We've never had a problem there.

Stopped in to pick up an order and had questions for the wait staff. The young girl kept walking away while I was trying to ask her my questions. She told me she had other orders to get. I was appalled. I don't care how many orders you have, we are all your customers and I expect good customer service. My coworkers order frequently from this restaurant and I reminded her of that. I can chalk it up to the younger generation who don't seem to have any idea that other people exist besides them but managers need to train employees how to behave in a job that centers around the customer. Very disappointing.
