The app did not perform in a great manner. I placed my order which advised me my order would be ready in 20 min. Upon pucking up my order it was not ready. After waiting an additional 20 min the kitched did not have my order available to make. Someone had to call someone outside of the store to refund my $ which was even more time wasted from my "30" min lunch that I went over and went hungry.
Still no salad. WCW only offers bad tasting weeds instead of iceberg or romaine.
Our waitress greeted us immediately and the restaurant was very busy due to it being 99 cent wing night. She gave us tremendous service and took very good care of us even though the restaurant was full. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us multiple times to make our dining experience very pleasant. We have an East Coast Wings closer to our home but we choose to travel and few extra minutes to come to this one.

I enjoy the quality of the food. I just don't like the inconsistency of the ingredients that's supposed to be on or with my food. Also, they need more staff. You place an order and you get there a few minutes after and your food still not ready. Or they gave your food to someone else.
Service and friendliness.
My quesadilla had what appeared to be paper or a wrapper sticking out of it and was burnt. It wasn't hot and neither were my fries. We live right behind the restaurant and my husband had to wait for the take out so it's not like it took a while for me to open it after it was received. I was so hungry I ate it anyway instead of calling and complaining. I suggest staff check food items more carefully prior to sending them to customers.

The floor always feels strangely slippery? My kids enjoy it though.
Also, prices could be much lower! We used to go to ECW quite often, but now it is just a bit too pricey to make it a regular thing for our family.

The service and food is always on point. The archdale store is my favorite one to go to by far. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. They walk around several times during your meal to make sure you have everything you need.

Take out is good, but the inside could be cleaned up and more inviting. It always looks dirty
Food was disgusting, soggy, no taste. After spening $80 on two orders it was a complete waste
The food
Our food took 45 to 50 minutes to come out. They brought fries and onion wings 15 minutes before the wings came out. The server was very short and not friendly and then the manager was apologetic.no compensation for the wait time. The manager spilt lemonade on my husband‘s jacket. it was a whole mess. A very bad experience probably won’t come back.
