Great service and great food
Lemon pepper tasted waaaay too salty, hardly no lemon flavor, dry rub was clumped together, didnt see anything dry
I enjoy your Buffalo Chicken Wrap.
We love East Coast. However, my family was disappointed to see the fries have changed. They are still advertised as the Crispy Ale-Battered French Fries, but they were generic fries. I did appreciate the seasoning, but they were not what we were expecting.
Love my Wings, Salads and Chips!!
Staff is always friendly and helpful (especially to our little crew 6, 5, & 4 y/o). Food is usually on point and atmosphere is welcoming

Our server Constance was excellent . We use to come to your location a while back had a server named Bree? She was great . Then she left and we found the service lacking . We started going to another location. I’m glad you hired better wait staff and our new server Constance was great .
We will return to this location .
The last couple times we've been there and got boneless wings, they were cooked so hard you could barely bite them much less cut then with a fork. Maybe try cooking less more often so they'll be fresher.

Our Server was super attentive to our needs She had Excellent Customer Service was fast in getting our orders drinks etc Please give her a "job we'll done"
Bartender was awesome. Food was good as well though speed of service for food was very slow. Mgr on duty did apologize and give a small discount for the inconvenience.

Shane and Suzanne are the best at the Kingsport Stone Dr restaurant. We always eat in the bar to see them. Food is always great and the atmosphere is very enjoyable
They gave us blue cheese instead of ranch and we paid for extra ranch. You should have one of the employees go over the food with the customer before leaving.
Food is always good but some servers are not friendly or even attentive to drink refills, more napkins, etc.

My starry was nasty and when I called to tell you guys I was just left on hold
I love EAST COAST WINGS and whenever possible I meet my girlfriend there for lunch. Tonight as a matter of fact, we are going to have wings for supper from EAST COAST. They make excellent wings.
I love the food, yes. But every single time I go there they mess up my order. Like last time I went they threw my blue cheese and ranch cups in the bag with sauce spilled in the bag and on top of the packets before putting it in the bag. Then they constantly forget to add my carrots or Celery after I paid for it and have to check the bag and ask for it literally every time at the Wake forest location. Again, I love the food but the service is terrible. The Black Manager guy is Awesome and always takes care of their mistakes, why I keep going back.
Our waitress, Easton, was very busy but made our visit personable. She is an asset to your local Mocksville East Coast Wings.
The food was very good. I haven't been to East Coast Wings alot since moving from the area. My question is what happened to the menu? Pre-covid you had the best menu in the casual restaurant business. Now, it is limited in regards to apps. I miss the fried pickle spears and zucchini.
