I went to East Coast Wings for the first time ever on Super Bowl Sunday. The place was zoo, and being hard of hearing I had a difficult time understanding what to do to get my order. I young girl saw my frustration and said when it came up she would bring it to me. I wrote a negative review stating all my disappointments with the purchase.
I received a phone call from the store manager this morning. I have never been contacted after writing a review either good or bad. He made it very clear that Super Bowl Sunday is crazy and requested I try his store again at his expense. WOW. For that alone my recommendation goes to highly recommend.

We came in on Wednesday Feb 12,2025 @ 9:01pm at night. We regularly come and we sit at the bar. Everyone knows us. We are three sisters. The young lady at the bar was not her normal self. She said quickly out of her mouth. We are close or we are getting ready to close. Mind you it was not 10 o’clock yet I asked again are you close? She said let me go back and check with the manager. She came back and she stated we are waiting on a manager to text. We walked out and I don’t know if I will come back after this. To me just rude I understand you’re ready to go home, but this is a job and this is where you get paid at.
Food and service is great!
My extra crispy grand cayman wings were cooked perfectly. They just needed a little more sauce on them.
