Great food
Service is usually good, could use more hostess staff. Food is excellent.
Meaghan always gives me great service. Good was served rapidly as well. Had lunch there, and I was in and out within 30 minutes!
Wait staff is on the ball(especially Brittany and Allie)! Food is quick and good!!
Love this place!
Everything in my order was wrong. Instead of refunding my order since it was already an inconvenience, the manager is requiring me to come back in for a remake. I'm not in Hatrisburg often, so it will take some time for me to get back into the restaurant. And the order I received had bacon on it, I don't eat beef or pork so I had no dinner that night. Double inconvenience!!! Not a good customer experience or resolution.
We ordered 15 bone in wings as mild chipotle bbq. The wings were not tossed at all. They were thrown in the box with the sauce just squeezed on top. These wings were over $20 and tasted terrible.
On time and quality food
The food was great , I love many dishes they have to offer , over all very good place to eat .
1. Provide larger portions of celery...suggest 3 times what is given presently at no charge.
2. Reduce the price of getting all drums or all flats to $1.00 surcharge.
3. Provide malt vinegar on the tables for the potato chips. (Don't currently carry it at all)
4. Do not charge for extra sauce on wings...sometimes the cooks do not put hardly any.
5. You should allow two (2) sauces for purchases of 10 or 15 wings, but currently only allow one.

Great service clean restaurant and delicious food
Quality of the wings has gone down. They barely have any seasoning. We are issued 1 small cup of ranch with 10 wings it’s.75 cents if we want extra. If they are on special we are charged .75 cents. Per dipping sauce none free. I used to love eating there but not so much now.

The service was great! very attentive and friendly! And the wings were awesome, with lots of great flavors to choose from!

My daughter ordered a salad and a tiny spider came out of it. I called and they wanted to make another salad and I said no she said she didn’t want another one. They said they would refund me and never did. Name removed 2347 Atwood Dr. Apt H Burlington, NC 27215

Great food. The store was busy in the front and customer service was good for the circumstances.
Great food. Fast service and very clean.
Wings were ok, service was fair, the tea was very light colored weak in taste. Atmosphere was bland. Nothing special about this place to brag about. Only one TV with the football MNF game showing and that was over the bar. Hard to see it from the other side. Again, ok experience, no hurry to visit again. Thanks!
The hostess’s don’t act they care if you eat here or not , Always asked for a booth there’s always one open somewhere and the hostess told me I would have to clean one off if you want to eat there. I just told her I hate to make you do anything lazy people that’s what we get nowadays. But the food is always good.

The waitres was very nice smiling often and very patient with us. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with nice TV's, but most of all the wings, corn, and a dessert with chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice-cream. We went 2 more times within 7 days.
The service used to be great but now when me and my coworkers go on lunch the service is slow. We don't get refills on our drinks. We are usually late getting back to work. This was never an issue until the last couple of months so we don't come there as much as we used to because of how slow the service is.
