Hire a cashier and let the 2 waitresses waitress. They try hard but are a bit overwhelmed. We love the food

The chicken was awful….I had the strips (crispy) and it was so tough I could barely chew it. I also had chips as my side. They were burnt or just so crispy from being left sitting too long.
Unfortunately I picked this up on my lunch hour, so by the time I was back to work and opened it, there was no time to go back and have it remade. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. Nothing was fresh, hot or worth my time and money.

Lori, manager, was awesome. She helped us register for rewards. Staff was great and food was great. They also give military discounts. We will return.

The fries were soggy and the chicken was fried to a crisp! We’ve never had a bad experience here before but yesterday was gross! My husband’s order was incorrect. They fixed his . I had to bake my fries to get they crispy and the chicken just was a bust

Our food was prepared to our perfection. We didn't have to send anything back. Nevaeh' if I'm spelling correctly is so polite, courteous and has paid attention to detail on my past few orders & I greatly appreciate it. I also love the fact that she's not exposing her bottom like some of the other young still growing ladies. I understand the weather has been extremely hot, but not in the restaurant. I let them know when our orders are wrong so I welcome the opportunity to let them know when things are great!!

I ordered my large food order online and when I arrived well after pick up time, my food was given to another patron. Therefore, I had to sit and wait for my food to be prepared again, making me late for my family function.
Today we were served basically burnt chips, and I threw the entire thing in the trash. Really disappointed... not only were the chips really dark and tasted burt, the oil also tasted burnt. Such a waste of money and time, as well as resources.
This was the 2nd visit that my wings were cold when they were delivered. The first time this happened the waitress was very apologetic, had the wings remade & took a percentage off the bill. On this visit; the waitress did get them remade but that was it. She didn't seem concerned that she had delivered cold food.
I do think she was new (we eat at this location regularly & I had never seen her), but she definitely needs more training on how to handle a customer complaint.
