Fresh food!
Food was really good and our waitress was awesome!! Manger on duty was very helpful in figuring out how to get to our rewards! Spent a lot of time trying to transfer our old card to a new one! We appreciated that a great deal!

Monday night wing special & beer is a favorite routine for us. Wings are always great and so many flavors to choose. We sit at the bar and are always served promptly and they get order right every time.

Can’t get crispy wings!!!!! Sorry but, have asked several times… begging 🙏🏻 please make my wings crispy, even talked to the manager twice !!! Even got free 25 wings! Ordered 25 wings on December 2 and asked the cashier please triple crispy and all my wings were rubbery!! To me is like eating raw flesh!!!! Its crazy on how many times I asked please make my wings crispy!!! Sorry I have to put my wings in my air fryer every time!!! It’s ridiculous…. Other than that, I have no other complaints about East Coast wings.! Thanks

Food was ready when I arrived. It was still hot and very good. Used the app to order takeout.
I arrived to pick up my online order only to find out the store was out of boneless wings... understandable, but why ask for a number to call the customer if there are any issues if you're not going to call. I then waited 10 more minutes on the food they did have and was told I would receive an email confirming my refund for boneless wings. It is now three days later and I never received refund, so I call the store and was told the manager wouldn't be in til later in the week and there was nothing that could be done.

Food was fantastic with the exception of not having any liquid sauce on the tenders. We ordered 4 servings of 5 piece tenders and normally they have a wet sauce on them. This time they did not and that is what makes this item so appealing.

Our last visit was great and nothing to improve.
Most of the time the food is great, it seems like it depends on who is working. The biggest complaint most of the time is the chips. There are clumps of them that seemed to stick together and don’t get done while others are almost burnt.
I like going to a place of business where I know who the employees are. Only one person up front had on company labeled clothing. Thats not good business. Other than that your establishment is ok....
