I ordered 10 bone in teri jalapeno chicken wings. I told the server, stated she was the owners sister, that the chicken was raw and showed it to her. She told me, "next time I should order my wings cooked extra crispy". It is not my responsibility to ensure that the food is cooked properly. Everything else was great but it really bothered me that I was made to feel that the under cooked chicken was potentially my falt.

First time at this ECW. Perfect from start to finish! The food was cooked perfect, came out hot. Best chicken tenders I’ve ever had! Waitress was friendly and attractive. She made recommendations, It’s not the closest ECW, but it was the BEST.

Server Brooke was friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, ready quickly and exactly as ordered. Reid does a great job cooking. My favorite restaurant in Kingsport!

2nd time I've recently picked up orders and the dipping sauce was incorrect. I ordered 1 ranch and 2 sweet sauces and was given 3 blue cheeses instead

Great evening out at East Coast Wings & Grill. We had the Buffalo Chicken fingers with tater tots and Chicken tacos with chips. Service was great and staff is very friendly. Food came quick and was hot, fresh and as ordered. Thank you ECW&G.
There needs to be NA beer available.
Bring back chili and/or a good soup especially in the wintertime.
Stay open at least an hr later. It is very annoying to be sitting there at 9 and the crew is putting chairs up and cleaning.
Service was very slow wasn't expecting to wait long
My wings were over cooked, tough, and dry. My fries were old and chewy. When I called back, the manager asked me to bring my wings back for some fresh ones. I personally don’t want anymore, but will take my chewed up and spat out wings back out of principle.
All of tge dru.ettes had these hard, gristle pieces. Overall, the wings were a little tough.
Service was great, she even made sure we got fresh cooked wings!! Been coming there for years and will definitely be back!! Thank you
The food was amazing and the staff is awesome
I ordered 25 wings and chips and got ONE cup of ranch. I don’t mind paying for some extra sauce, but only one cup for all of that? Should have been minimum two just for the wings.
