What could we do to improve?

My chicken cheese steak sandwich was sloppy. Tossed onto the tray and off the liner.
It was large chunks of chicken, peppers and onions
It was just sloppy.

Wings were good but dry due to no sauce. When I ordered them I asked for buffalo, med heat.
Also, I ordered 10 wings and for the first time there were only 9 in my order.
Other than those 2 things everything was good.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This is the second time I’ve called my food in and got ito work and my food was not right. First time Frieda was not cooked all the was and wings either. This time the fires was not cooked all the way my wings was not how I asked them to be.

What could we do to improve?

Last time I ordered, the wings were good but the fresh chip tray was not fresh. They were stale. I placed a pick up so I didn’t know till I got home.

Since moving here 2 years ago, from New York, the food at East Coast comes close to NY food. The staff is fantastic, especially Brittany, we only sit in her section.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service was awful. The tables had hair all over them and the food was subpar. As a frequent ECW customer, I was extremely disappoint with the service provided by this location.
