Consistency is the biggest issue we have with ordering. One time it's excellent and the next not so much.
I usually go to the one on Peters Creek but today I went to the one on country club and I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip which was okay but the cheese was a little burnt. Other than that it was fine
This place is on point. I love it. Food is always good. Cold beer too...

I Ordered chicken avocado Flatbread on the app to go for my lunch the next day. At lunch i opened the box I saw it was just dry bread with chicken, baking and Tomatoe, no garlic aioli, mozzarella, Parmesan or avocado. I called, was told I had to have a receipt or proof but it doesn't show transaction history in the app, but I did screen shot my total on my order And found the email confirmation of my order. I didn't have anything for lunch and took the box back after work. The young lady was nice than the guy I talked to on the phone on my lunch and she had another one made for me WITH ALL the ingredients. I would hesitate to recommend this location because I'd hate if a friend ordered and got a half assembled food like I did. But at least the young lady was nice and helped me.

The server knows me by name now. I always get my food quick and hot. The server and greeter are always very pleasant and helpful

I dont know what's going on but it's crazy. I ordered 25 wings and got 0 ranch. I got 2 carrots and 2 celery sticks. Its really unfortunate this was our neighbors go to on Friday nights. Hope it gets better.
Wings were cooked perfectly
Quick pick up of an early dinner/late lunch yesterday. The wings and fries were superb and the ECW salad with chicken was delicious!! Our only complaint is that your serving sizes have seemed to decrease as prices increased...pretty much like everywhere!!

Delicious Wings and fast online orders. My order was ready when I arrived.
Was charged for something I did not recieve. Asked for all drumsticks which was on the ticket, just to get all the way home to a mixture of mostly flat wings which I asked not to get. Went back and order was “fixed” but food was nowhere as fresh as the first order based on temperature and the texture of the chicken.
I paid for extra crispy, extra saucy wings. They were crispy, but was not extra salty. This has happened to me every time I get it to go order.. I still have the receipt and pictures
