Improve time of bringing food to the table
The place was very clean, food was tasty, and not to mention the service…it was like you had been friends with them for years. Loved the experience and will definitely be back again.

Always a great experience, staff is always friendly, atmosphere always welcoming. One of our favorite regular spots.
We ordered 50 wings. The Bourbon Honey Mustard were great. However, the other ones were supposed to be dry rub and they were far from it. Both containers had a layer of sauce, or grease or something. Basically they were not a dry rub. I will definitely need to inspect all of the containers next time and that’s unfortunate.
The reason I would order again is because my past wing orders have been of better quality.

Location looked like old Mexican restaurant no taps or mixed drinks ordered 20 sweet chili wings they were good but no plates napkins or wipes offered I frequent burlington location two different worlds totally disappointed
The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was amazing.
I always end up paying for extra sauce, but never get it. When called, was told I would get a refund but never got my refund for the sauce.

Too much seasoning on the tots and not enough on the burger
The waitress was bad barely attended to us my sister and loves this place but the service gets worse and worse. Everyone got their food except for me. I had to wait on chips that were floppy on my plate and then I ordered three plates to go well when she finally did come out there and give me my plate. Everybody else was done with their food so I didn’t get to enjoy my food with my family and on top of that she left one of my to go plates out and said oh you did have three plates. Let me go check on the other one so needless to say, I have been a server many years, but this is the worst it has ever been at East Coast. I don’t think we will be back ever again. my son also ordered two plates of the lettuce wraps and she did not hear that she only brought him one and she got my chips wrong and one of my to go plates. It was supposed to be fries and he got chips. Very disappointed.
