Great place to eat.
Totally discouraging! I had a $15 rewards point that I was told that I could not use because I placed an order online. REALLY??? I eat here all the time and wanted to use my credit but was told no. Totally Rediculous! I spent $62.00 on an online order.

We've gotten up charge for the sweet potato fries but only got a few of them and we waited 45 minutes for our food then when we did get it we had to wait to receive the dipping sausage the office was short-staffed long wait times and plenty of open tables
The food was very good and a great value. Our server was very nice and we felt welcome - Her name was Zaharia I believe.
We ordered the 25 wings and chips and both were very good.

I understand when you are busy on Friday evening, but that doesn't mean to lose the quality of your food. When I get home and try the food, it has no heat flavor to it, and I had to use hot Sause to give some flavor. The amount of carrot and celery every time it's get less and less.
Hope next time I get better quality.

we ordered loaded tots and the kitchen sent it out without cheese, after waiting 20 minutes for that to come out, the wings were brought to the table without the side item, we had to remind the server again for both the cheese and the side item. the side item arrived after the meal was completed.
the food quality and service is always poor at this location.
It doesn't matter what I write. I did one of these surveys before and no one contacted me about the last survey I sent. I probably will not be going to this restaurant any longer.
Food, customer service, and drinks!
2 of our wings were raw because they were a lot bigger than the rest of them, we didn’t want them replaced and took the rest home (would feel better after cooking them some more) because we didn’t want the raw ones replaced we paid full price and left. We’re definitely not complainers and willing to pay for what we want, just thought they could’ve gave us some kind of discount for good measure, we eat there appropriately twice a month.

Do not over cook wings and your mild is too mild
My food was thrown together on my plate. I ordered a salad which was messy. The lettuce was cut up in large chunks just to make it look like I had some salad on my plate. I was highly disappointed. I also ordered the grilled chicken wrap. The wrap was wet on the bottom and there was hardly any chicken up on my
wrap. I noticed that every time I go to the East Coast Wings in Kinston NC. the cashier is doing several jobs. She's the cashier, waitress and the hostess. The wait time just to get my food can be very lengthy. This is not the first time that I was dissatisfied with my food. Every now and then the food is good and I I will call them and let them know how good the food taste. This last time at East Coast Wings in Kinston North Carolina will probably be my last time because I'm tired of spending money on food that is hit and miss. After all these years in the business, it should be a little more consistent with the food that the serve to the public. That's how disappointed I was with my food when I picked it up.
