Generally the food is delicious, but the amount of sauce on the wings is disappointing. It feels like the company is trying to skimp on the sauce so your wings are barely coated sometimes and hardly have any excess sauce for dipping or decorating then next day. In the past, there was always a little extra at the bottom. I bought 50 wings and got the grand cayman flavor on half of them and there was so little sauce some weren’t fully coated and the sauce had started to separate because it was almost like they didn’t add enough of the ingredients to get the right blend. Some of the wings were so over cooked this past time too they were extremely dry. Sometimes they don’t send celery with the order even when you select that you want celery with the wings. I have eaten at various east coasts my whole life but recently this store has been a little under par. I spent almost $80 - it’s insane to pay that and feel like your food is not as good as it has been in years past before management changes.
Paid for 15 wings, only received 10. That's an expensive mistake and one that I'll remember the next time I want wings.
We were missing things out of our order that were checked off on the receipt. Chips were soggy. The mozzarella sticks tasted old. The food was horrible as well as customer service. We sent a complaint in, but no response.

Nothing when ordering online. Inside receiving food is a little longer than when ordering online.
I normally don’t complain about restaurants. Just figure that I ordered some thing I shouldn’t have. However, the garlic Parmesan wings were not good. Very dry almost overcooked. They also forgot to include our carrots and celery (pick up order). Of course, we did not call back so I’m sure they would have done their best to make it right. Overall, just an OK experience.

The food was.delicious
My father in law and I got the chicken tender plate. They were both dry and hardly warm as were the fries also. We told the waitress what it was and had to wait even longer after already waiting a long time for them. We finally got our orders back and they were hot and moist like they should have been. Why can’t we have gotten them like that the first time around instead of being given old stuff? This has happened way too many times and we are trying to keep going back there but don’t want to keep dealing with that. The waitress did an awesome job though.
The food was tasty & well priced, service provided by Karen was exceptional. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We were able to sit with our friends and not worry about being rushed in/out. Will definitely be back!

Things are always hit or miss. The last order, they didn’t have side salads.They had lettuce and tomatoes and cheese to go in wraps but not enough for a salad
Waited entirely too long for a to go order. The order was set to be ready and I ended up waiting an additional 20mins. The waiting area isn’t that big to have guest waiting and having guest coming in and out. The food was amazing but the wait time was outrageous.

I brought some friends from out of town to enjoy wings and beer, but the location on S. Main st. in High Point said they were out of beer. It was embarrassing and very disappointing.
