Besides the food being great, the employees were also great.
Service and food.
Thicker flatbread that you had before and don't burn it. Second time it has been burnt. Chips weren't cooked enough this time. Half the batch was soggy.

The help from the lady who fixed my order when it was wrong.
The waitress was great young but trying but I asked for no cinnamon on my sweet potato fries because I have an allergy she brought them out I noticed they had cinnamon on them and asked her for new because of my allergies she took it back to the kitchen, a lil bit later brought them back they looked fresh so I ate about 2 then realized they only dipped them back in the fryer to take the cinnamon off… thank God for my epi pen in my car

The past few times we’ve gone the wing sauce on the wings is cold! It doesn’t make for a great hot wing experience.
This past time they coated in the wrong sauce and corrected it, but both were cold.
I enjoy the lunch at NorthLake East Coast Wings.Its fast, and economical, and the food is fantastic.

The waitress at the counter is always so cheerful and kind. She was definitely a bright spot in my day. The wings were good but a bit dry, there wasn't enough sauce on the wings.
I love East Coast wings. The food is delicious. I visit them twice a week. The environment is welcomeing I also love the points. Going today when i get off from work to get my Dinner.

We love the food at East Coast wings, and the staff has been very friendly!
Ordered 3 sets of wings. The boneless order was fine but the other 2 were supposed to be 8 count bone-in and I received boneless. They were supposed to be for my boyfriend but he doesn't like "chicken nuggets" so he didn't eat them. I don't like the flavor he got so it ended up being a waste. By the time it was brought home and we realized the mistake we didn't feel like going back out to get it fixed/a refund.
The food was great as always.
The fact that my entire order was wrong and I had to make a second trip back just to get the food I ordered was the only bad part.
While I waited for my food and Jeremiah was a delight to encounter. My chicken tenders weren't as fresh as I anticipated, I had to have my fries remade, my husbands chicken sandwich was not fresh neither was his tater tots. As for the rest of the meal, everything was up to par. I would like a $25 gift card to try this over again as I love East Coast Wings!
