I had 2 kids meals hot chicken 2 kids meals with xtra hot chicken . None of the boxes were labeled . The chicken was all dried out and we received mostly all drumsticks… there was no variety.the ranch tasted weird … it wasn’t an enjoyable meal at all
Great food and nice workers
The quality of the food was not great this time. We usually have great wings and chips, but not this visit.
This is the second time at this location that I had a $5 reward that the staff didn't use towards my bill. I know this because as soon as I got back to my desk at work I had an email saying - don't forget to use your $5 reward! Very disappointing and also frustrating.
To be honest the begining to the end. The hostess was polite and responsive. The waitress was very attentive and listened to our order which I know is not the simplest because I do like my food a certain way. To your comes caring about the food they put out according to how it was ordered. I can not say the same about the Thomasville NC location or was horrible, so thank you and your staff for saving easy cost wing for us because we love the food and atmosphere you all provide. Your Salisbury NC location has been amazing the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and the 4th time we have now visited. Thank you very much Anthony.
The last several times I’ve been to the Clemmons restaurant, I’ve been disappointed. On one occasion, I got a chicken sandwich that was so tough it was not edible. The next time, I received the wrong flavor on my wings. This week I got a to go order of 25 wings and chips. I only received 17 wings - so there wasn’t enough for my family to share. I love East Coast so I would never complain, but since this survey was sent to me - here you go. I hope things improve. Football season is coming! We love to have wings almost every week while we watch games.

I wouldn't say you all need to improve anything. I usually have a great service. This day was extremely busy and seems as if my order was thrown together in a rush.

My wings weren’t done the way I like and the server was not very cordial. I did appreciate the birthday gift from East Coast. That’s the reason I bumped my score up to a 7.
