The food is always good and the service was great as well. We didn’t like our seating arrangement being placed at a big communal table in the bar area, but that was what was available. Other than that, the important thing is the food and service.

Great experience! My 9 yo sopke to the staff at the p/u staff Togo, but there was another young lady, Tia or Niya (I think something like that) who offered him some candy out of a bowl. He asked if the restaurant was handing out candy and she stated itwas just something that she decided to do. He was really happy and that was very thoughtful of her. My son chatted with her. She stated that he was very smart! Then my son told me to make sure I write a review and mention her because she was really nice! LOL!
This is my son's favorite place to get his dry rub lemon pepper wings and now buffalo wings! I feel like we come almost every week or every other week to get him some! Always friendly and polite staff. Thank you!
Food was great, super friendly service.
Maybe faster times getting things ready and double checking to make sure all is there before bringing order out. I know customers check it as well, but we run the hosts more if they keep having to get additional items for us being left off our order.
We absolutely love ECW. To say the least we visited the one in Salisbury over 200 times in one year.

The delivery was speedy and very communicative.
Our waitress Emma always does a great job!!! She suggested the new Fiesta quesadilla and it was delicious! We love going to East Coast Wings!!!!!!

No one is cover at the front register when you walk in to pick up food .. always in the back..so basically your food is sitting there but the signs posted ask you not to get your food

Honestly, I have been eating here from the past 4-5 years and they have never let me down on the quality and service.
I ordered two flavors on the wings and one was clearly not one that I picked. It was ok but not what I wanted. Secondly, wings were definitely not extra crispy as I requested. So overall not horrible but wings are too expensive to not get exactly what you ordered.

Great service! The waiters and bar staff are second to no one!
The chips, and chicken were overcooked. A burned flavor. We used to love coming here when it first opened but the quality of food has gone downhill.
The wings leaked all over my car seat leaving grease stains, they chicken it’s self were dry and the sauce wasn’t flavorful. The corn I bought was soggy and tasteless. I ate 1 bite of each and gave it to a homeless person. I will no longer be ordering from here at all.
