The food quality has deteriorated significantly while the cost of the product has increased dramatically. The wings were not cooked correctly, somewhat underdone and “chewy”. The blue cheese dressing was as watered down as I’ve ever had from east coast wings, so much so that it makes me question whether I’ll be back. This after paying $22 for 15 chicken wings.
I always enjoy the food and usually it is served fresh and on schedule. I recently placed a to-go order I arrived on time for it. There were also about six other people waiting for their meals and it ended up taking 20 minutes after the scheduled time for my food to come out and it seemed like everyone else had a similar experience everything was delayed.

i had a big order for my crew, and they had someone come in early and cook for it so it was ready at our company's lunch time. great job and great service and food.
We sat at the bar for dinner. Karen served us and she was awesome, as always. The wings were nicely done and we enjoyed them so much!

Grandson loves the wings and variety of sauces. My first visit was a very good experience, very tasty sauce. I loved the homemade potato chips!
Our server, Brianna was the only one on duty when we were there; she was amazing and did a super outstanding job taking care of us and everyone else at the bar. and she did so with a smile and a wonderful attitude; our food was hot and fresh; excellent experience.
I ordered 10 pieces of wings, not having ordered online before, and I selected dry rub thinking that there was some sort of dry spice put on the wings before the other wet flavoring and then I selected garlic parmesan which I thought would make it a wet wing but after I collected it and returned home I found out that dry rub meant that it would be ALL dry and all they did was sprinkle some dry parmesan cheese on the wing, without any garlic or oil/butter so I don't even know how that is garlic parmesan. You should really take that dry rub option of or at least after you select dry rub you should not have the option of having other flavors added on top of that. Partially it's my fault for not asking what dry rub meant. But literally I was forced to eat dry chicken and I couldn't really complain because they didn't do anything wrong in the kitchen. They followed my order. I am just saying that you should specifically say the dry rub means it's not flavored like normal. And the wings itself weren't marinated so really it was the most tasteless wings I've ever had. Again it's my fault for not knowing what dry rub meant. I might have been foolish. But I just can't see myself recommending the chain. If you truly want to make things right you could replace my 10 piece order with garlic parmesan and make it wet like a normal order of garlic parmesan would be. I'm just not understanding how the kitchen would even look at that order and say "oh who would want dry wings with a sprinkling off dry parmesan without any oil or garlic on it?" But like I said it would please me very much if you could replace that order. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Our boneless wings were sent back once but the second time that we got them, they weren’t much better! The wings were hard. Like they had been warmed over!
