This was my family’s first FRIDAY NIGHT experience at any ECW. The food was hot and awesome! The team worked in sync to efficiently serve guests. Although we don’t live in the area, we wouldn’t mind coming back! Truly 10 stars!
We do enjoy the flavors and how friendly the staff is.
I would double check my items before I leave the restaurant since we got a few wrong orders.
But mistakes happen and the taste was still good.

My husband ordered the fried buffalo chicken sandwich and it was dry and tough, but also cold. He said it tasted like they had the chicken fried and sitting under a heat lamp waiting for someone to order it. I ordered the shrimp tacos and the crema sauce on top was weirdly sweet. I ended up just eating the shrimp at the bottom of the taco shell.

The waitress was rude and she talked my mother in law into getting a smaller salad when she wanted the bigger saying she would recommend her getting the smaller one since she ordered the wings as well I don’t think that was right and she never came back and check on us while we were eating we had to ask another waitress for items multiple times because ours was no where to be found
ALEENA!!!!!!!!!! Not sure if I spelled it correctly but this young lady was amazing! She acknowledged and greeted us letting us know she would be right with us. Very attentive and was proactive and not reactive to meet our needs as her guests. She had a warm and friendly disposition. Her conversation was organic and not forced or phony. She gave suggestions and ensured that I was 100% satisfied. We were her last table of the evening and we didn’t feel rushed. We were company at her table and she definitely made us feel welcomed and presence was wanted. We will definitely be back to see her!!! MANGO BANGO GIRL!!!!
