What could we do to improve?

Don't over cook the wings , and keep someone at the bar at all times, I've seen people get up and walk out , due to no one to serve them,,, great service goes along ways

What could we do to improve?

I do like eating at East Coast Wings. Unfortunately my last visit both my beer and my boyfriends beer were expired. Mine was from 2023 expired. I was not happy with this.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I wish I could give this location a 10. East Coast Wings has always been one of my favorite spots for wings, but unfortunately, this location has disappointed me on several occasions with the quality and accuracy of my orders. I've decided to take my business to the New Garden location in the future.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I just back from eating at the bar and asked for wings to go , carrots only , what do I get all celery , one carrot that tastes like celery . You charge me extra on Monday but today it was with the price of the wings and still got robbed. Shameful.
