This latest visit to East Coast Wings was the absolute worst experience I have ever had there. I don't know if it was because of short staff or what, because the place was not very busy. It was Sunday afternoon, around 1:30-2:00. We were seated in the Bar area (booth) and waited for approx. 10-15 mins before we were acknowledged by anyone. Finally lady approached and asked what we wanted to drink. A few minutes later we saw the same lady behind the bar filling beers and drinks for folks at the bar. My wife was fuming mad. She asked to be moved to another seat that we could get waited on. We moved out to the main dining area. And our water was finally brought to us there. Then we waited another 10-15 min to get our food order taken
and my wife was getting madder. (approx 30+ mins and still no food) when her appetizer finally arrived, we ate that and when my order came out we got "to go" boxes and left. We were VERY disappointed. We explained to the MGR. who was apologetic and discounted our bill. But, we had come there to celebrate our February Birthdays and the experience was very disappointing.

Everything. Had lunch with 2 of my daughters. We were placed at our table very quickly. The server got there very quickly with a smile on her face that made us feel welcomed, got our drink orders and returned very quickly. Gave us some requested extra time for us to figure out what we wanted and came back within a reasonable time to take the orders to the kitchen. The food came out very quickly, checked in to see if we needed anything else such as refills to our drinks, napkins...ect. we received our bills and she took care of our payments quickly as well offered togo cups and containers. The food was great as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Make the chips fresher. The last three times I have order my husband, son and I three meals with chips and they all have been so hard and you can tell they are the bottom.of the barrel. All were so dark and couldn't even eat but a few. We love their chips when they are made fresh but getting tired of paying good money and getting basically hard bottom of the barrel so chips (because they don't want to make anymore). So disappointed because we love this place.
