We always place orders for pick up on the app. Our last 2 orders were incorrect or not complete.
Food is always good
Food & Service was great as always. Only issue this time was the beer cheese (was not dippable even after heating up. Stayed consistency of a spread).
Grilled buffalo chicken salad
The chips were not crispy at all, otherwise, all was great.

Better service. Not even sure who was waiting on us. Chips were cold and tough. Ordered fresh ones and they were burned. No napkins, no refills.
Friendly wait and bar staff
The staff is always friendly and we usually get pretty quick service. The food is really good too!!
The staff is wonderful and the food is wonderful.
The cleanliness of the store. (Seats windows and the floor) It is a hit or miss with servers. One day you will a person who disappeared not attending the customers needing more drinks or food not right. The next time a different server is very good everything is great. Customers watching busser playing sling shot with dish cloth knockin food everywhere hoping and praying it don't fly they way.
I ordered to go about 2 nights ago and the wings were dry and they forgot all of my sauces but 2 my chips were burnt and tasted old. I usually never have problems with my orders from you guys and that surprised me.
The waitress was new and not very well trained. We were very understanding, but she was struggling (filling drinks, answering menu questions, ect.)
We love the wings and the Nacho appetizer. We have also tried the burgers and chips and never disappointed..
Tater tots were chewy and chicken tenders were very crispy. Not the best.

We love this East Coast Wings in Mt Airy. NC. Our waitress was extremely attentive and pleasant. RUTH was her name. The food was excellent! Will definitely go eat there again soon!
