Had a $10 birthday reward.. tried to use it and was told my card wasn’t working so I showed the email and they got someone else and she told me she seen it but couldn’t apply it since they had already ran my debit card and that I could come another day but the $10 expires at the end of the month so then another girl walked up and they voided my order and then rang it up again and it worked.. took at least 20 minutes AFTER I had already gotten my to go order.. worse restaurant ever.. I even gave it another chance after having a terrible sit in experience with a waitress who never visited our table after we got food… hard to eat hot wings with no drink…

The wings were kind of dry. I wasn't sure when selecting my options what to select so that may have been an issue. I was looking for more a buffalo wing style.
I had placed my order an hour and a half before I needed it so I was sure it would be ready. But I still had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby and the same hostess came back 3 times to ask my name. I don’t know if orders placed online for asap pickup take priority over orders placed a head of time but it wasn’t wasn’t what I expected.

I sent 2 messages to the Reynolda location to make sure the wings ordered online were saucy or to include a cup of sauce for each flavor ordered. Also asked that the chips ordered were crispy. Neither was done. The wings were dry and the chips were soggy. One message was sent through the location’s website, the other through facebook messenger. Was very disappointed…..
It was great. However, some wings were a little overcooked and tough on the outside and very small..
The wings were prepared exactly as I asked, and the size of the wings was tremendous.

I gave this restaurant a second chance after burnt wings - and again they disappointed - the Cajun wings had NO spice on them and when i returned to the store and spoke with the manager - he made excuses and said those were normal. Then he offered to give me some more spice in a container - he said our wings wont hold that spice - then why offer that flavor? Why not just advertise then as plain wings? I left - and will never return to this ECW. These wings also ended up in the trash.

The food is always good. Cozy atmosphere. Wonderful friendly staff. It is definitely a pleasant experience. Looking forward to my next visit.
I had a chicken sandwich that was one of the best ones in my whole life.
Tammy the server is excellent a deserves a raise.
I asked that my sandwich be fried and it was done so to perfection and topped with
a sweet barbecue sauce. WOW!

Crispy wings are delish
This is the 2nd time in a row that we’ve ordered our favorite wings. We get 25 bone-in wings + chips special @$34. We always get them the same as well: either MILD or MEDIUM heat, CAJAN RANCH, EXTRA CRISPY, and SAUCEY. This same order is what we get everytime. That isn’t what we got though. This is not what we got the past 2 times. Our wings WERE NOT EXTRA CRISPY, they WE NOT SAUCY, they were INSANELY HOT, and the sauce WAS NOT CAJUN RANCH. It was a ton of CAJUN SEASONING mixed with the wing sauce. I even took pics bc it’s clear there was ZERO RANCH. That’s just one issue, there’s several. I ordered corn ribs which were a big blob of mayonnaise, couldn’t even see the corn. Also, I asked for ranch dressing with the wings. The only ranch we were given was 1 cup of ranch that was with the chips. Sooooo,me and my family all had to share the single cup to eat with our wings and chips!!!!! This order was NO WHERE CLOSE WORTH THE $51+$5 Tip I gave. I’m pretty sure this will be the last time we order or eat at ECW…….Thats really SAD
