I've enjoyed the great food and the great service from my last visit (at the Waxhaw, NC location) back on Sunday, July 6, 2025. They treated me with both courtesy and respect. I really liked that. ECW+G is still one of my favorite places to eat. That's why I like coming there. Please keep up the good work.

You're charging WAY too much for tea and soft drinks.
The Buffalo chicken strips and French fries are very good. The location and parking is convenient and the pricing is reasonable. Also, the staff is attentive and efficient.

ONLY downside - not having Diet Dr Pepper as a soda choice...but you cannot blame that on Marissa....

Sometimes the wings are very salty (especially the lemon pepper) and could turn down the seasoning a little. Also I feel like the basket of fries that you purchase now for take out is very limited and not much at all especially for $8.99 a basket.
We have been a customer for years and years, but we just noticed the past few times we’ve been there…. for example when we order a basket of the chips or the fries, there’s much less than there used to be. The same way for the carrots and celery, smaller amounts than in the past. Also, a lot of times the wings are being overcooked and seems like they’ve just been laying around for a long time.
When the wings are made, make sure the sauce is on the wings. I ordered 100 wings on Saturday and they were split into 4 containers. Each of 4 containers had all the sauce at the bottom of the container and it was difficult to get to the sauce until you got through half the wings.
The wings are great when the sauce is on them. I use to love East Coast Wings but may have to just go somewhere else since their prices have gone through the roof and their food and the way it is delivered is just not worth the price.
The Bartender was very nice and had great recommendation’s.

Server was not attentive after she took our order, we never saw her even helping other tables during this time either. She also did not verify my heat option and left it virgin instead of asking, I was duplicating my son's order but she did not duplicate it, so it came out wrong. Since we did not see her after our order came it was not enough time to send it back to get it corrected. Disappointing, to say the least.
